If Wisedek SEO claims to have been in business since 1998, their 2009 domain registration definitely proves this statement wrong.  Unethical, dishonest, SCAM = WisedekSEO

WisedekSEO claims to have been in business since 1998, however their website was registered in 2007 and after doing more research see that this company was indeed launched in 2007 and NOT 1998.

All VP's started in 2007, yet Dimitri Konchin still claims to have launched in 1998.  Regardless, after requesting information from http://www.ontario.ca/en/services_for_business/, verified that Wisdek SEO is not a registered business.

Wisdek has a very nice office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  Ive used them for several years.  They delivered what they promised but Im having a few issues now (3/2312) with my ad words (phrase match, exact match, key words) - not showing, price increasing dramatically as contract renewall date approaches but they are very good and Im sure I can work it out).  This is not a warehouse.  I have been invited to their offices for a meeting but actually had to decline.  They are a bit of "smooth" talkers but somehow I have managed to work it out with them.

If you type in Wisdek Google Partner into google, you will see the very first link says "Wisdek is still a certified Google AdWords partner" and this is comming from Google themselves. Thing is, they use to be a Google partner, but they recently ended that because Google wanted Wisdek to sell Google products and not their own products, so of course Wisdek said no and stopped the partnership, hence the reason why you click on the link and get to nothing. But think about it, there would never be a link saying that by Google if it was never so. Nuff said...

Hmm. The reson why I assume that they think its unlikley is becaue good keywords are usually expensive. Fine, you are paying $50 a month on adwords, but this could be because you have low traffic keywords, very few, and it can also be because you are not getting many clicks. You get a client here and there clicking on your paid link, but not many. Its a bit of a waste of time and money. Are you working directly with Google Adwords or do you have another company doing that for you? If there is a company doing that for you then they are ripping you off, or not educating you enough. You should read up a little more on Adwords and how it works and  what to do to benefit from it. I personally prefer only SEO. many people don't even look at the sponsored links. They just skip it and go into the regular list of links on the first page. SEO is cheaper in the long run, and you get long term results. As soon as you stop paying for Adwords, your done for.

Any company that can afford to spend $7000 on Wisdek could get amazing results from simply pouring half that amount into Adwords. I just set up a new website and here they are calling me again. Why do they assume (or pretend) that you are spending way more on pay-per-click than you are (I was even told I wasn't telling the truth when I said I was only paying $50/month for PPC... not a good way to get a new client). Hire an agency that bills by the month and renew based on their performance. Anyone who pays for a year up front shouldn't be surprised when the customer service evaporates as soon as the cheque clears.

To answer one of the questions here asking as to why we would be on this website if we know who called us and we r using their services and are happy with them. I have been with wisek for almost a year now. Recently, one of my buddies, which is also a business owner, came to me and told me to cancel with wisdek because he did his research and found, well, these reviews. I was shocked to hear his accusations because i myself have had no such issues with this company. I am even going to resign. Anyhow, i dd the research myself and found this. Obvioisly i could not stand by while ignorant closed minded business owners act unprofessional by talking bad about somethinf theu dont een know. Be realistic people. We are all business owners here. Well most of us are. We all have competitors, ex clients, ex empoyees, and people that dont like us or our business. So what so they do? They go on randome forums that anyone can create and write bull about the company to bring it down. And believe me, the bigger the company, the more people will try this because of envy or anything else. We avoid salesmen because we dont want to be suked into real live scam companies, so we avoid even the good ones like wisdek. But what are you allowing now? You are being sucked into a crappy forum full of lies and hate, and you believe every word. Nieve. Dont believe forums. Scammers see that you believe this and will tell u bad things abouy other companies only to lead u into theres and u will fall. Eventually all salesmen will realize that the new way to sell is through a forum because everyone trusts and believes them. If you want real answeres, go to the bbb. They actually investigate cases between clients and businesses. Dont be nieve. Do proper research. Oh and by the way. My business is in oakville ontario, and i personally went by the office to see if they were real before purchasing. They are no wearhouse. Whether you want to accept it or not, they are real ans they are honest people. The problem is that they have some disshonest salemen that will say anything to make you buy. If you do you will get good results, but becausw of these salesmen, you will never benefit from wisdek. So Gal, my concern is this. Why are you allowing those salesmen to damage your name?  Thank you for reading.

I was doing ad words by my self for my small business. Usually we spend $20 - $30 per day. We normally get 3 to 5 businesses from adwords which is not bad. But then we sign up with wisdek week ago to get better results. Guess what? It is worst. Only one business for last 8 days. Now we dont want to continue. But we sign up for one year contract with monthly payment. If we stop the contract now, what would happen? Please reply

I have had thoughts about using this company for my SEO project, read some bad reviews and went with another company. After not getting results and over-paying, decided to ignore everyone and give wisdek a try, and to my surprise not only that I pay less but I actually got results. My phone is alive! not sure who is the real scam, one thing for sure, they worked hard and delivered for me and my business (fine frozen desserts).

Keep getting this call he says he is from google. Said it is about advertising on the page of google. Always asks for Owner.

Sure, if any part of that were true you wouldn't even be looking up the number on here. Sites like this are making it hard for scammers like you to steal money I guess. That's why you come here and lie but the honest people who find this site aren't as stupid as you think!

Andrew is 100% right, i've been a customer with Wisdek since 2007, and i renewed the campaign twice so far, and will renew for the 3rd time in couple months, the company has been very respectful and delivering everything they actually promised. and my sales got waaay higher than what i expected online ads would do for me. Thanks and i recomment that you try the service for like 3 months, and u'll have absolutely no reason to leave them.

This is Bull, am a Canadian Company that advertise with Wisdek, and by the way, thats for 2 years now, so if the campaign didnt work for you, maybe bcoz u picked wrong keywords, that doesn't mean that they are scam. and to let you know, i received the call like alot of people did, and i passed by their office and signed the contract with one of the sales Managers there, and i love the service i gotta tell u this. These guys are pure scam, type Wisdek Scam into any search engine and you see several forums discussing them.  Seems their address is just a warehouse, probably just a front, you can get a good view of it on Google Maps.  Some people think their operating out of the middle east.  Stay away at all costs, several companies have been burned by these guys.

They claimed that they were now present in Australia, but their call center was in Canada, Toronto.  That seemed strange, but "hey I`m just a small Aussie firm

I had one of these guys contact me yesterday, saying they could guarantee that they could keep me in the top of Google first pages sponsored area, which I all ready am. They said it had to be paid up front for 12 months. but I noticed that for you guys in the USA & Canada, pay monthly, seems a bit of a scam??  They also said if I signed up on today they would give me a discount of $1000 off of the total of $7000.
I think google should explain how a company can claim that they can get advertising rate at 1/4 the price that everyone else pays.

These guys called me as well and said they were calling on behalf of google.  I questioned him on this and they said they have an agreement with Google to call on their behalf to help me get better rankings.

SCAMMERS - Google does not market through SEO companies their AD Words or any other products they offer.

If there is a need for me to use any advertising, I make the calls my self. I will not take a call from a "cold caller" trying to sell me advertising.  Unfortuneatly there are to many scammers to trust "cold callers". I have even had companies call in and ask for me by name and stating I told them to call me back. I think thats wrong. I have goods and services to offer but I don't lie to potential new clients to get their business. I advertise the old fashion way.

I was going through GrandCentral messages and found one from these jokers.  I hate these calls, even more so after the condescending comment above.

I would never deal with a company that says they are "well educated more than half of the Americans" - get real.

Yeah, same thing, but its definitely not google.  Some company trying to sell sponsored links on google.  The guy claimed twice that he actually worked for google.

Hi all,
I have been suckered into the Wisdek scam and I have lodged complaints with the Canadian Fair Trading. They called my business offering the service and as we had been doing our own campaign that is costly so we had a listen to what they had to say. They gave us a free demo in which a Wisdek generated ad was placed for 24 hours and it showed constantly on top in first position for the demo period. That?s where the scam begins.
So we were impressed and decided to give it a go. We signed for a three month term and the nightmare began.
Monday morning in Sydney, business hours...the ad was not running. Tuesday the ad was running but it wasn?t on top but on the right side varying in position from top to bottom result and even not showing. By the third day it was not showing as guaranteed so we tried to call...no answer, we emailed....no reply. After another day of no replies we finally got through on the phone and asked why we weren?t showing. The lady had told me that the cost for the key word was higher than expected and that technical support was on the job fixing the problem.
Another day passed and no ad displaying as guaranteed. We sent more emails and received auto generated and copy and paste responses saying that their terms in the contract was not guaranteed and any time the ad doesn?t show they offer a ?downtime? where they give you extra service after the contract has finished. Finally I got a human reply to an email saying that my ad wasn?t showing in the first 3 days properly and that 12hrs of downtime had been credited to my account.
So far so good???
Within the first week the ad wasn?t showing so I emailed them and said cancel the ad and refund my money as they did not stick to their guarantee and I wanted a full refund. They cancelled the ad within minutes of me sending the email and they offered a 50% refund.
I tried to find out why the ad wasn?t showing and they said it was because my IP address has been recorded by Google and it won?t display the ad as I keep searching from the same IP address. So I told them that other ads were showing and how would Google know that my IP address was for my ad and not display my ad but everyone else?s?
Once again, the silent treatment from Wisdek.
I have resumed my ad for one month as it?s better than 50% return and no ad showing at all but I cancelled the remaining contract. This downtime they offer is a scam. They display your ad on the ?more sponsored links? page 2, as if anyone goes there.

Wisdek do not reply to my emails, they don?t call me back and they don?t give a toss about my complaints.

Wisdek have failed to deliver on their guarantee.
Wisdek have failed to respond to complaints.
Wisdek have failed to communicate with the customer.
Wisdek have failed to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied customer.

Wisdek is a scam. I?ll say it again WISDEK IS A SCAM !!!
I also hear that they only trade out of Canada but are located in Israel. Beware of Wisdek
