Maybe you should read the info below, and turn the tables on your caller. The last thing they want is you suing them for harassing them by phone. They pretend to be lawyers, collection agencies but often they are just business with C.P.A's who by scavenger debts. They buy these bad debts to scare people into paying. They are often harden type of personality: Slum Landlords, hustler types in hard industries, used car salesmen, repo men, predatory lenders, loan shark types.

Your applications fees will be taken, but you will never be rented to for no real reason except the syndicate controlling illegal activities by these groups.  Property Management companies associated with the N.A.R.P.M. or the R.H.A.G.P. have an extremely high number of Fair Housing investigations and paid out settlement to tenants who were victims.

Caller is harassing everyday about a debt that has been charged off. I asked him not to call anymore and he calls right back! I know my rights. It's almost 7 years this is the last year before the debt falls off from my credit report. I'm standing firm.
