Wanted to speak about a "business transaction."  Don't want to talk to them, no outstanding debts.

Called, wouldn't give any information when pressed, but wanted to confirm that we live at X address.

This number began calling me on Aug. 2, 2009 at all hours, even twice onone day.  They even call so early as to wake me up.  The first call was answered, and they claim they are updating my VISA account ending in.. and then they listed the last four digits of my account.  They wanted additional information about my address and who know what else.  I refused them the information and they became rude, about how they were from VISA and justs trying to help me.  Eventually I demanded to be taken off their list and to never call me again.  The man was so rude that he threatened to put me on their, "Call Every Five Minutes" list.  Now, I just don't answer.

i just go back from vacation and have already received 4 calls from that number today.

the woman called me and told me that she is calling from MCO collection agency and said that I have past due about $30.00 on my account ending number with Bank of America, she demanded to pay and told her that what is the charge and she said, she is unable to give me all detials. And I told her that I will settle with Bank of America but not with you, and I am not settle anything. She got very upset and I hang up. I called Bank of America and the operator told me that properly this is a scam. I do not have a credit card with Bank of America. So be watch out this Number. and be alert.

These people are calling 12-13 times a day plus 5-7 times a night. They will not give out any information about who they are. Told them we were going to place a complaint with the Federal authorities and then the manager said they would take our name off their list.  Let's see if it is true!

Just got call from this number as well... they seemed to have ALL my information correct, but I was very wary of this, so I called BofA (the account they were calling on behalf) and the operator there says I was fine, and that my payment would process as normal... this kinda stuff makes me nervouse!
