I think Justin must work for them. You notice how he can't spell or use correct grammar. I have had the same call twice this week from "Kevin". No one with an American name has that thick of an accent. And you can tell he is reading from a script. All complete bullsh##.

Caller stated his name as "Chuck Davis" from Baker & McKenzie Law Office of Miami, FL.  I informed his call was being recorded.  He told me that I was being sued through their office.  I listened to all of it and stated I will call him back and he gave me the same # to call back at.

I then looked up that law office (there is a real one in Miami, FL) and contacted them to inform them of my call.  They stated that it is indeed a scam and to disregard any calls from them.  It is a revolving scam that continually changes "law office" names with the same basic scam.

So...."justin smith", if you are indeed real and not working with them, you were scammed!

I got a call from some t**** head at 6:50 am stating he was a lawyer. Before he could go futher I told him I know he was a scam and don't ever call again. I told him it was against the law (fair credit act) for someone to call before 8am. I also said if he called again I would hunt him down and kill everyone inhis office with an AK47. I don't thing they will call back

recieved a phone call around 2:49 pm on march 5,2013.  the name on the phone was adama,  and stated that he was from the law firm of
 BARNS & NOBLE   RIGHT !!!!!!! A BOOK STORE
          i immedately stated to disist and decease all correspondance, you know this is a scam, so knock off the crape.   and hung  up,  i had these clowns before,  and tried to get confedential credentials

Sorry I meant to say the credit bureau customers are not Americans and not located in America. They are located out of the United States. This is how scam begin.

I just got a message today(2-26-2013) stating with a loud Indian accent saying " if they don't hear from me or my attorney." Good luck and there is nothing I could do." I know how it's a scam because I was calling the credit bureau to get items fix. The credit bureau customer service are located in the United States of America. This how our scams phone calls starts. They have our personal sensitive information..

I even got calls with them saying my social security number that really piss me of.. I think all credit bureau should have American employees to held our information..

They call in stating that you are being sued and provide more information than they should have about you and act offended when you tell them you know it's a scam.
