I also received phone calls from Sunrise Credit Services. I spoke with Ann she argued with me about sending me to a collection agency.  I explained to her that my customers haven`t paid me , yet and therefore I was unable to pay my bill.  I received threatening letters through the mail.  They are calling my mothers house an did continue to tell them that is not my number, they just threatened to send me to a collection agency.  Can anyone tell me if they truly send Avon accounts to another collection agency or do they sue?

Masks who call is from using a local number. Left message with no identifying info or that it was regarding a debt. Now that I know it's Avon I'm really peeved because I'm working with and waiting for action on their part tp correct my bill.

If Avon would give me the credit they owe me for the defective merchandise I returned for my unhappy customers I'd be happy to pay the balance and be done with them. When I sold for them many years ago they were such a pleasant company to deal with and their products were fantastic... sadly their customer service for reps and quality of many of their now "Made in China" products have gone downhill since then.

They call from a local number but request that you call back @ 866-257-3632 for a person unknown to me.
I've called the number they call from and notified them who I am, they just keep changing numbers to call from.

Sunrise credit calling about Avon which is paid and there is no reason for harrasment.  I already received my order so Avon does not seem to have a problem but these people do.  Avon needs to address this issue or it will be losing many customers.

I just received a phone call from Sunrise Credit Agency re: my Avon account.  Spoke with someone named "Ann" - very rude and disrespectful.  After explaining to her that I had been making monthly payments directly to Avon and had made a payment that very day, she proceeded to threaten to send my account directly to collections if I didn't make my payments through them.  I immediately called Avon to voice my complaints and will probably call Sunrise again and speak with a manager.  Very disrespectful, overbearing, rude agency!!!!!

They called and is from Sunrise Credit services, a Pre collection agency.  They called regarding Avon account
