look likes bank of america telemarketing scam call. don't give them any information

Got a recorded call from "Bank of America" asking that I call about an offer.  When I called they asked for my acct # or SS# so they could look up my account.  I gave them all my info (just kidding, I'm not crazy)!  This has got to be a scam.

Received a call from a blocked phone number telling me to call this number regarding an offer from Bank of America.  I called the number, and they told me that the call had to do with my overdrawn checking account, so to get started, I needed to give her my name and phone number.  I told her that I do not nave a B of A checking account.  She told me she still needed the contact info, or I would continue to receive the automated phone calls because they must have the incorrect phone number attached to the an account.  So far they have called me 4 times.  This is an obvious phishing scam.  Don't these people realize  that someday they will pay for their sins?

DO NOT GIVE THEM any information. They are a scam company claiming that your account is overdrawn even if you dont have an account with them. BE AWARE! When I asked to talk to his supervisor, he hung up on me!

They called me every day for two weeks. I called Bank of America since I had an account with them. They said it is not one of their numbers and they don't call with offers. They mail any thing they want you to know. It also needs to be reported to the police dept

Its not a scam if you are over drawn with your bank account they will help you set up payments unless it has gone to their collection agency already then when they call you you set up payments with them
