wow, To my surprise I'm not the only...I also upgraded to a new phone a couple days ago. I got a call from that number twice today and same as most of the others on the site, i didn't pick it up. They didn't leave a voicemail either.  It is kinda frustrating but what can ya do?

I also got this call two times today however, i didint renew my contract like most of you! But i dont like it when random numbers call me!

Yep. Got the call, too! Called twice, googled it, found out what it was... answered my satisfaction with Verizon, gave an 8. Then, I got stuck with it asking me how it could improve to earn a 10. I gave it a response of everything can be a little better. It didn't take that response, tried again... it said it wasn't a valid response... So, I then said the damn automated answering service... It took that! So, HA!!!!

Same with me, received called and missed it - no message left.  Didn't recognize the number, googled it and here I am :-)

I have only had verizon service for 2 days and recieved this call. Ididn't respond after looking it up on the internet. I don't think our numbers should be given out

i googled this number and found this site. i recently upgraded my verizon phone and plan. i am assuming it was a survey.

I received a phone call from this number a few days after I bought a blackberry and renewed my verizon wireless contract. I didn't answer it.

Got this call this morning.  I renewed my account and purchased a new phone on Tuesday (3 days ago).

I got a call from this number today and did not answer. No message was left. I typed it in to google.com to see who it could be and yalls site came up! good to know it was from Verizon :)

Received a call today from this number, which was particularly annoying because I was at a business meeting and had no idea who was trying to reach me. Verizon Wireless really needs to stop making these calls.

Just renewed Verizon Contract this week. Got a new phone. They had a stack of cards on the Service desk in the Verizon Wireless office about receiving calls like this, asking us to give them a 10 for customer service. I didn't take one of the cards with me, neither did they give me one officially.

Got a call today from this number. I also renewed my K with Verizon and had 2 issues i Had to call CS and figuring it's them calling to follow up but I am too busy to deal with it.

Got a missed call, called it back, asked for my 10 digit #. I called verizon, and they don't know whom the number belongs to, as well as said that all of the calls from VZW are made with a number that shows up as "unavailable". Dont ever enter your personal info.

I missed two calls from this number today...pain in the a**.. just email like the rest of the world so we can just delete it and go on with our lives..I don't know why I keep renewing my contract..Verizon is such a major pain in the a**.. It took them 7 months to set up my online bill.grrrrrrr

I wouldn't really think of it as spam; it's probably just a follow up call to make sure everything is working properly.

I got a call from 866-268-3860. I didn't recognize it, so I looked it up here. I did add a phone (actually, my OnStar system) to my Verizon account, so I thought it was about that.

Next thing I knew, the US government was bailing out financial institutions. Who knew?

This lady speaks Spanish to me.  All I did was go to Verizon's website and type in my number in order to check in on FIOS, now she calls me from this number...a lot.

You've got to be kidding - you're blaming verizon because your boyfriend is an untrusting controlling a**hole?  Get a new damn boyfriend!

It's just a survey...he could easily call the stupid number and get the same response/auotmated voice that we all got.

And it's ONE question.  I rated a 3 b/c I'm tired of arguing with the idiots in the verizon store on why I dont' want another "free" phone.

But the customer service tech that I talked to later that night totally rocked.  If not, I would have rated them a 0.  

But since I rated so low, the auto system wanted to know why.  so I recorded a reason why.  They don't ask for a cc number, or your ss number, or your birthdate, so really - why are we all up in arms about it being some sort of scheming plot. You people are f'in paranoid.

I have received at least 3 calls from this number. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. Today I did a reverse search online and found this web page. If it is Verizon calling I wish they would give some indication of who it is. My boyfriend is the jelous type and I am tired of trying to reasure him that I do not have someone on the side. Do the people at Verizon know the trouble they are causing?
