Call with a claim number, didnt reply

People - it's a collections agency - if they are calling you, chances are - you owe them money.

I just called the number, Credit Bureau Collections Ltd.

Pay your bills.

a woman called my business line at 8pm on a weeknight.  she said she had the wrong number.  i looked the number up on line and i got this page.

We get calls from this number a couple of times a week, and it is a recorded message about how they can help us process credit cards. Today, I pressed 1 for an operator and a male voice came on the line. I told him to take our number off the list because we don't process credit cards. He stated the number, and I said "yes". When I asked him his name and he hung up.

This company works under meny names and is the top phone spammer in the USA

When is there going to be a class action law suit. The proof of this companys
wrongdoings are in our phone bills.
At $500.00 per infraction is there a lawyer who will takethis guy on?

we keep getting text messages from this person. They never say anything in the message but the phone number. 866-270-4461

rang my cell at 8:53p.m. two hello's and no one there so I hung up

female voice recited: "I'm sorry. I must have dialed the wrong number" then hung up.

1-866-270-4461 CALLS MY BUSINESS PHONE(BOTH LINES) AROUND 8:00 PM CENTRAL TIME QUITE OFTEN. I DO NOT ANSWER PHONE AFTER CLOSING UNLESS IS FAMILY ON CALLER ID.THIS COMES UP ON ID AS "TOLL FREE NUMBER", NO NAME.  I TRIED GOOGLE SEARCH, AND FOUND ALL OF ABOVE.

Received call on my cell phone and when I answered, was told "wrong number."  My cell phone is on the do not call registry and it's ridiculous that I have to pay for unsolicited calls!!  This is the second call tonight from a number listed on one of these complaint pages!

Same as everybody else's comment.. woman's voice saying sorry, she dialed the wrong number. I am on the 'do not call' list, too, so not sure why they called my number.

same as everyone- they called, automated voice, can't call them back, jerks- I wish we could sue these people and kill their business.

Got a sales call from some guy with Cal Tools who wants to sell me sawzall blades and/or drill bits. Caller ID showed unknown and he doesn't want the money up front. He'll send the blades and let me try them out and then I'll send him a check. Smelling a scam I said give me a number and I'll call you back or if you have a website I'll check that out. No dice on either accord. I say business is slow right now call me back in about a month. He calls back a month later again unknown in caller ID I have stopped answering unknown calls and let it go straight to voicemail but this time I can't take the time to look at the phone so I answer it. I have trouble with my Bluetooth headset and am saying hello hello... I can barely hear the scumbag when he starts saying I know you can hear me A**hole get the D**k out of your ears. As soon as I go to respond my finger accidently hits the button on the bluetooth and I get disconnected. I don't know if this is related but two hours later I get a call that is caller ID 866-270-4461 I don't answer and decide to do a search on the number and come across this forum. This time I have a voicemail that is for some over the phone business loan and they leave a different number of 866-416-0032

I think these calls are meant for businesses answering machines.  I got one that apologized because they expected to be leaving a message on machine and then they hung up.

Said "Sorry I must have dialed the wrong number."  I thought it was my ho ex gf using a calling card until I saw simimilar action here.  Is that ho calling you all too?  If you talk to her, PLEASE do not bring her back

keep receiving these annoying calls as well. When I try to call back, I get a busy signal. Maybe we can call our phone provider and put a block on this number, just a thought!

Wrong number is right' slamm these suckers!

It's against FL law to autodial any number and deliver a prerecorded sales pitch.  If you can ID them and you're in FL, report'em.

Tammi from the Visa Mastercard proccesing center is what I get. I suspect that this number is owned by a telemarketer that contracts with several companies.

This # comes up on caller ID and when i call they say they will take me off the calling list but a few days later, here comes another call from them.  I am sick of it!!!
