Kept on calling with a message to call back.  Wrong person

Calls repeatedly, doesn't leave a message. I answered and got a recoring to hold for an important message and then nothing.

They call all day from this number and I called back and it's Harley Davidson Financial Services.

I get calls from this number. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They don't leave messages, so it must not be important.

All of these people use an auto-dialer. It calls and if the call is picked up it flags the operator. They may be on another collection call at the time. The dialer does not usually leave a message. And yes..it is Harley-Davidson Finance.
