they won't leave a message on my phone, they don't say anything, I have no idea who it is......????

as soon as I answered they hung up! I don't know who they are

Got a call at 7:48am, I thought it was my alarm, so I accidentally answered it, but never said hello for some reason.  I waited about ten seconds where I heard a woman say "Hello?" as I hung up.
