This number is from Petcare insurance and they have been very helpful during very sad times with the handling of my claims.

This is a legitimate company.  It was an automated call from my Petcare Insurance company letting me know that they received my claim.  No scam.

I just got a call from this # and "googled it" to see who it was from (as I do with ALL calls from #s I don't know).  I just think it really shows that they are concerned about their customers and aren't afraid to use technology to seek out sites like this or others and see how people react to their programs, that they'd find this site, and even further to respond to complaints on here.

I reclaimed my stolen dog from the Humane Society (it had been over a year! - so glad she was microchipped and someone turned her in!) so I can see why they're calling me now.

I've seen several of these types of "who called me" sites and love them because it's almost never a legitimate # anyway and I like to find out who's calling me without dealing with pushy people trying to sell me a condo on the other line and wasting minutes doing so...but this is the first time I've ever seen a company representative address a complaint on one of these types of sites.  
I just had to say, Well done!   :)

Got their fax number.  I've faxed them, and next step will be to froward their information for charges from Oregon Atty General.

When i called the number back it gave me the following information for contacting them:

I recently signed up for a PetPerks card at PetSmart...getting emails and phone calls now from 3rd party sales.  Anyone also a PetPerks member?

We got a dog from a local foster organization and they included a month of pet insurance.  It turned out the dog had a liver problem and so the insurance was very nice to have.  I didn't answer their calls and they didn't leave v-mails so I don't know what they wanted but I'm happy to have had the insurance.

This is a pet insurance company. If you got a pet from certain shelters and it came micro chipped... that is why they are calling

I got a call from this number on my cell, but I don't answer "800" numbers on my cell.  When i returned the call, I got an automated answer from Petcare Insurance.  I did recently adopt a kitten, but I access his microchip information via the website for Petfinder.  I HATE HATE HATE when I get these calls.  Seriously.

I received a legitimate customer service call from PetCare Insurance regarding an expiring credit card number I had on file with them for my 30 day introductory ShelterCare policy for my two kittens. Just wanted everyone to know that they are a legitimate company and not every call from them is junk.

I registered my dog on 24petwatch.com after she was microchipped and now this place calls. I did not authorize my number to be given out to anyone else! Thank goodness for GrandCentral so I can block these spammers.

This number has called me at least a dozen times since Christmas.  I'm getting very annoyed.  I adopted my cat over a year and a half ago, and have only been called by this number in the last month or so.  Make it stop!!

since introducing the ShelterCare promotional 30day gift insurance program in 2002 across the USA, we have protected over 2 million adopted pets and paid out over 1.5 million $ in claims to adopters . The program contains an IVR automated follow-up service call. We had a problem last week for two days with the technology. we apologise to anyone who rec'd redundant dials.

Several calls from this number and they don't say anything.
I get a busy signal. When I called back it was Petcare Insurance.
I adopted a new puppy, but don't appreciate the calls.

I called the number back and got the same sort of message.  While the idea of a call is itself benign, the fact that they've called numerous times in the space of 24 hours is a bit aggrevating.
