Said I was going to court

From what I've heard this is a bottom feeder collection agency any legit place will not take you to court over the phone you would be served papers in person or in the mail. Ask them to send proof of the debt in writing and if you owe them work out a payment plan but don't panic and give in  - I almost did and in these days of phishing scams and identity theft it's not worth it

they keep calling an leaving me threatening  messages and i don;t even hav a vm message saying my name  on the vm so they leave yr name and a threaten  message with  what there clling for and they don't know who they are calling  i think that  would be a prvicy hippa act  violation they don;t even know who tere calling or whos number ...they are getting reported

They have apparently been calling my husband's job non-stop and he just found out, sending those a$$holes a C&D letter now and suggest that anybody else that has had dealings with this so called law firm, file a complaint with the ftc at www.ftc.gov, also, if you have their address in NY, file a complaint with the BBB and the AG.
