They called my cellphone today during my class and last week as well. Glad I found this page. I know I don't owe any money and will continue to ignore it. I just hope they stop calling me. It does get annoying.

Yah they are calling me too I got someone I could sorta understand and the company name is Iqor. I did some research and found out they are a collection agency and I asked if they could send me the imformation about the supposed debt i had and they hung up on me. SO if they call you ask them to send you information about the debt you "have" and if they don't give them money its just a scam.

They calle all the time, it's just a scam.

Keeps calling me at 9:30 AM, waking me up. There is no reason they should be calling me. CALL 1-866-637-7766 AND JAM UP THE LINES!!! I have been calling them all day. An Arab answered my calls the first couple times and I made sure I insulted him. The onll way these people quit harassing uoi is if you harass them back!!!!

Someone has given our info to someone to call and harrass.....I just called this 1 866 286 6078 and chineese man answered "hello" I asked why he keeps calling me. he asked if I was lucy va**na (my real name) and I said - never heard of that person. he said he'll remove me from list.

OK so I too am getting these calls multiple times daily...usually dont answer...however, they usually only call on my cell phone, and now they are calling my home phone, with an OLD NAME (had my entire name legally changed)...my home phone is unlisted and my legal name change was done 3 years ago when living in a completely different province....VERY ODD... and yes he also sounded foreign...

UPDATE:  I submitted a complaint to my telephone provider here in Saskatchewan. They investigated and informed me that they have received numerous complaints regarding this phone number.  They found this number to be registered as a "telemarketer" and not a collection agency.  If they are posing as a collection agency they are not registered as one but rather as "telemarketer. My telephone provider also made sure that my information was up to date on the National Do Not Call List and found that it was, which places this organization in violation of the National Do Not Call List.  I was advised that the recourse in this case is to report their violation of the Do Not Call List on the website at www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca.  I have done that this date.  I referred both my telephone provider and the National Do Not Call List to the website indicating to them that there are several comments regarding problems with this number.  If you are on the list and have received calls from this number please file a complaint on the website it only takes a couple of minutes.  If you are not on the Do Not Call List, you can place all your household numbers on it at the above website as well.

. . . and for those of you wondering if this is a collection agency, I have no reason for a collection agency to be calling me as I have nothing outstanding owed to anyone. Therefore I strongly suggest they are NOT a collection agency and if they claim to be one do not give them anything.

This is fishy.  I have called 1-866-286-6078 back after I have seen this number on my number display. I called from a different line and when it was answered I could hear male voices chatting in the background who answered and hung up the phone without saying hello.  I called it right back after they hung up and the second time they answered I could here them laughing while they hung up the phone again.  As I was calling back from a corporate number rather than my personal numbers they had called me at, they were uninterested in saying hello.  They will call my residence and my cell phone number every day sometimes at 2 hour intervals. When I am not home and my kids answer they hang up on them without saying a word. I have reported them to my phone company as they are not only fishy but an annoyance.  Both numbers they have called me at are listed on the DO NOT CALL registry which I recently updated so whomever this is needs to be charged for failing to comply with the registry as well as investigated.  If this was a legitimate company with a legitmate purpose in calling me they would be requried to identify themselves.

I don't believe it to be a real collection company. As I have had to deal with several companies, they are usually willing to tell you what their purpose for calling is, and these guys won't. Also, a real company will tell you what "party" they are trying to collect from (ie, a bank loan, etc) this company won't tell you anything. I suggest asking for more info, and record it when they call, and file with the police.

I received a call today from "IQOR"? asking me to verify my information. I asked her if she would tell me her info first. I have had identity theft once before and wish to not ever go through that experience again. She told me that she couldn't divulge info to me, until I verified that it was me she was speaking to. I told her she wasn't getting any info out of me, until she told me what her purpose for calling was. She said she couldn't, until I verify my identity. I told her, no. She said I could google the company and find out. I asked, "do I owe you money?? are you trying to get a credit card number from me?? and good luck." I think she got fed up and hung up on me... lol...

these people are annoying
however they are calling because they are a collection agency theyve either made a connection with the person oweing gave your number to them
i knew the person they wanted to talk too however i just said its not my buisness to give out their information. and told them if you call again i will call the police for harassment. im sick of the calls

WOW, I didn't know sooooo many people are suffering with the same problem. The last time I answered this numbers call, they identified themself as Icorp(???) and then asked if I was my person, I asked what this was about, the person on the phone said they can only tell me if I am my person, the first and last name they are asking for.  I asked this person for their name and the person said, " I can't tell you that".  I told this person, "why should I have to tell you who I am if you won't tell me who you are?", the person said, "ok, its Rob", i then said, "whats your last name Rob?", he then said, "I don't have to tell you that", so I told him, I don't have to tell you who I am either.  He then was silent for several seconds and when he started to talk I cut him off and asked, "what is Icorp any way?"  He said they are a collections group.  I told him that I know of all the debts I have and that I am making my payments on time and sometimes I have been paying more then was agreed apon.  I then asked, "who are you guys collecting on behalf of?"  He said he could not tell me unless I am my person, who he is asking for.  I then said something along the lines of, anyone can agree that they are this person you are asking for and you will disclose personal information about this person, faulse or not?  I then said, if you are claiming I owe you money then send me a bill.  He then said, "I need to confirm you are this person so I can confirm your address."  I said, you want me to tell you my name and address and you won't tell me your name, or tell me Icorp's address, or tell me who has contracted you to collect money from this person. If you won't tell me anything I won't tell you anything, now stop calling me.
 My mother isn't well and I have my phone on for emergencies. I work 12 hours a night and sleep all day.  It is driving me nuts to wake up 4-5-6 times a day to check if my mom is calling for help when it's actually some a** hole from this place called Icorp!  Working 12 hr nights is hard, working 12 hr nights with the lack of a proper sleep is deadly.
 I still don't know where this mysterious debt came from and I have been getting calls from this number since January 2011, 4-6 times a day, weekdays and weekends...EVERY DAMN DAY!!!
 I wounder if this/these a** hole(s) who are calling me would like to be woken up 4-5-6 times through out their sleep prior to having to go to work.  How can I get them to stop calling me? How can I get their personal phone number?

I live in Vancouver, and I just started receiving calls from 1.866.286.6078 a few days ago. They call about 3 times a day beginning at 7:30am and going until about 8pm.  Since the name and the province/state came up unknown on my caller ID, I haven't picked up the phone, however, I did call them back once and the person I spoke with was so heavily accented (East Indian, I believe) that I couldn't understand what he was saying to me. All I got was it was something Canada. I did a google search and found these posts. I'm positive I don't owe anyone money, and they are calling me on my cell phone so it all seems a bit off to me. I'm at a crossroads of just calling them back and finding out what the scam is this time and hopefully get the calls to stop or just ignoring them and hoping they stop on their own...but by reading posts on here that say it has been going on for years in some cases I don't know if they will stop.

I as others have been getting calls from IQOR? asking for someone in my family who doesn't even live here.They say it's a confidential file and cannot give me any info to pass on??
When the first call came in, they actually left a phone number to call, when we called it back, asked who they were there was just silence on the other end.
Today received another call which we answered, told it was IQOR, left a number, 1-866-637-7766, the same number we have returned calls to in the past, but they were told the person that they are asking for isn't here and does not live here.
This has been an ongoing thing, so I guess we will just ignore this number in the future.

ICOR/IQOR keeps calling my phone number wanted to talk to a relative about a bill.  I told them to mail the bill to him directly.  They asked for his address and I gave it to them.  One week later, I received another call from them.  I reminded them to mail the bill to the party in question.  They said, "There is no address on his file".  I gave it to them AGAIN.  The relative happened to be with us one day and picked up our phone.  He even reminded them that he is waiting for something in the mail from them and not to call our number.  They called right back and left a nasty voice message saying the calls will continue until he takes care of the bill.  I returned the voice mail and told them I want my number placed on their "no call" list or I will report them to the BBB.  We'll see....  How infuriating!

I don't know who these people are but they keep calling for someone who doesn't live at my number and it is early in the m orning and late at night.

They call at all hours...06:30 - 22:00 CMT.

I never, ever answer it.

I found an email address for them (iQor).  They assured me that my phone number has been removed from their system BUT did not give me a mailing address as I requested.  Hmmmm....

they keep calling me too, usually around 7 am vancouver time.
So my solution is to call them back and keep them on line
and then hang up.  in one hour I called them 100 times.

Heck it costs them money and time.  If we all did this they would be screwed.

We receive phone calls from 866-286-6078 several times each morning 7 - 9 am.  They say that they are from a financial institution and insist that their call is an urgent matter.  We owe no money and they keep on harassing us with these rude phone calls even though we tell them this.
