Like the both of you I got a call from this number, they asked for my wife. I told them she was at work and the hung up.

After doing some research on this number I found out this bunch is saying they are Discover. My wife does have a discover card but she isn't past due and already has the added incentives such as credit protection and credit monitoring. So there is no reason Discover should be calling her.

Called again this morning. This time there was dead silence on the other end. I am going to have my wife call Discover this evening and make sure its not them trying to call before I report this number to the Do Not Call Registry.

Called again today, 4th time this week. I asked who they were and they said they were with Discover. Now to find out if they actually are with Discover or not.

Same call and drop again from this number.  Making a tracker to log these calls and submit to the local DA for harrasment.

Received my 4th call this week.  Silence when I picked up the phone. I blocked my number and did a callback and received the Discover message they tried to call.

received two calls from this number today.  I rang the number back after ignoring the first two calls thd a recording thanked me for calling Discover Card and they were trying to reach me regarding a "special offer."  If I didn't choose to speak to an account manager (I didn't),I was thanked for my continued use of my card

I have been receiving many calls from this #, starting in November.  The last one came on January 17th.  I am on the do not call list & have reported this number many times. I have caller ID & don't pick up, but this hasn't stopped them.

I have been receiving two calls a day for the past two months. I tried to call the number and they wanted my name, address and phone number. When I asked if I could just give him the phone number he became irritated and insisted that in order to proceed with the complaint they needed all of my information. I asked him for a web address to complain to and guess what? It doesn't exist!!!!! I am on the do not call list too. This has to be harassment.

caller ID should say Discover if it is them - they do not leave a message.

I found this number on my caller ID a couple days in a row and tonight I answered it and they asked for me but I told them I was not home and ask if I could take a message they advised no.

I received a missed call from this number yesterday at 7:59pm PST and tonight at 8:14pm PST.  I called back tonight at 8:26pm PST and got a recording about Discover Card trying to reach me regarding a "special offer."  I was given the option to speak to an account manager by pressing 1 so I did.  That led me to another recording because the office was closed.  Business hours are Mon-Fri 9-10pm EST and Sat 10-6pm EST.  So why did they call me after 11pm EST on both nights??  Sounds bogus to me.  I'll pick up next time to tell them to stop calling.

Yes, they have called our number too but I was told if you are doing business with the company they can call you.  So close the account and open with Chase or Bank of America.  They don't bother you.
