received a charge on my account from Libra USA.  Called the number and got a machine.

Also received charge of $8.95 on credit card.  I have no idea who this is.  Card company issued credit.

On Jan 31, 2008 a charg of 8.95 was added to my VISA account, showing this info: LIBRA USA 866 298 7560 TX.  Calls to that telephone number got me a machine, requesting that I leave either a message or a FAX.  There was no way to reach an individual.  I intend to call my VISA Card issuer.  They are the responsible organization authorizing VISA charges.  This site should be a wake-up, that there is a wide spread scam in progress.

TX. Looks like quite a  few hard working people are being victimized in a major
scam I agree with the above 3. My bank has been alerted and they have become vigilant to help. The phone number to this organization is useless. I wonder if the FTC and the FBI have been investigating these allegations?

I have a charge on my debit card for $8.95 from Libra USA from 3/14/08. I called the number 866-298-7560 and there usa no company name. How are these people and why did they charge me.
