I DID have service with them. I cancelled the service and be danged if I didn't get two bills with immediate response required on them, like they were some collection agency! I got notice that they would suspend my service in three days if payment wasn't made. They had already shut the service down three days BEFORE!
Then the phone calls started! If I wanted the service, I would PAY for it. Why can't these pains get the hint?
I don't owe them. My year is up and I just don't want the service anymore.
I get 3-4 calls a day from these people, and I have never had Sattelite radio!.. Stop with the BS, I have no time for it!..
I get two , three calls from this number a day, all times of the day and night, They never leave a message, but they still keep calling and never say a word.
I had this service turned off as i did not pay, This is when i started to get the calls.
I installed a HD radio in my truck and also one in the house. I think Hd radio has just as good of music as Sirus radio and i don't have to pay a cent for it. There are i think about 15 different stations, in the area where i live so why should i pay good money for radio?
phone# coming through my new cell phone--no one has the number other than my family and tracfone who issued it. never a message left. this last one was at 7:00pm tonite. not a clue who it is.
This is Sirius Satellite radio customer service bugging me because I reported the credit card they have on file for me lost, so now they can't bill me.
I had received a letter from Sirius stating to make a payment within 10 days or my service would be shut off. I called the automated line in their letter (866-636-5004) and made my payment. A couple of days later, I received a voicemail saying that they are from Sirius and there was an issue with my payment, so please call 866-303-4889 or my service may be disrupted within 48 hours. I looked on my AXEX card online and saw that the payment went through, and it listed a phone number for Sirius as 888-539-7474. I called the Customer Care rep number (877-635-5005), from the paper I had received in the mail, and they confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my account. The payment went through, and I shouldn't have any issues for another 6 months (until next bill is due). The rep I had didn't know the 866-303-4889 number, so it may be a scam. I'm not calling them since Sirius said my account is up to date.
I got a voice message yesterday exactly as described in previous thread. I am not even a Sirius account holder (XM user). The contacted the XM fraud hot-line and I am waiting to hear back. The XM - Sirius merger has not even gone thru yet.

My account is automatically paid from my creditcard each billing period. However, this last time Sirius didn't credit my account until two days after it was due, which triggered their system to start houndng me. When I first got the email from them, I logged onto my account and it said I had a 0.00 balance due. Today I had gotten the card from them saying that I need to call them to avoid interruption of service. I called and they said there wasn't a problem.
How in the hell did they get my number. Indeed, I am reporting these scammers. I've paid 2 years. uh, Hello!
