no message on machine.i'm in texas.

Received call to my business.
I answered phone.  Automated voice said "very important call" from RFS to please hold.
Then about 15 secs later, the line disconnects.

I believe this phone number belongs to Financial Recovery Systems. A debt collector.

Calls sometimes 5 times a day. Leaves no message.  I think if it is a bill collector, their calls are foolish, if the U.S. government is broke how in the world do they think the average citizen has any money.

This number is from an unscrupulous Debt collector with numerous complaints against them for Shady practices and is leaving messages after you file complaints with the FTC DNC that says since this is TAX REFUND SEASON you are eligible for a TAX REFUND OFFER, then finally at the very end of message Oh by the way this is FRS and we are a Debt collector and the law makes us call you. Only after filling complaints do they actually state who they are though, if it wasn't for the number you can websearch I would have never found who was calling especially with just an Out of Area caller id.This company tries to collect Out of State past Statute of Limitations debts which is illegal , but tries to use TAX REFUND in message and other tactics in a message you get after filling a complaint on them.They also send letters to wrong address's which they believe to be a family member, friend or neighbor.

We keep getting calls every night for someone we don't even know. They are harassing us and we don't even owe them.

They call  and say  something about tax's  i told them i pay my taxs and they say something else i tell them thanks this  your 1 call this month don't call again in ohio they can only call you 1 time a month
