I get 2-3 calls daily from this number and want it to stop.  No MORE CALLS

Get calls from 866-311-6163. Don't say anything and then hang-up after about 10 seconds. I guess life is not irratating enough.

Says from disabled veterans support.

Calls from 866-311-6163 --scam.  Said for scholarship and wanted my debit or cc numbers

Caller was very rude and hung up on me when I said my wife was not at home.  She says they call here all the time and won't stop.  Too rude to be a non-profit; it must be a scam.
