Check your state laws. Vermont requires both parties consent to being recorded. You will find they do a patchwork of the recording. I had a previous run in with them out of Florida. Both states require previous consent. A complaint faxed to the attorney general's ofice is what you need to do. They are violating a lot of laws the way they do business.

I received a call from Mia St John and a fax demanding money or be sent to collection.  
I will be printing out this page and faxing back but I am sure the fax number is bogus also.

My elderly mother got these bills as well.  Because they threatened to sue her small business and shut her down, she sent them a check.
I now have a copy of the canceled check and relevant information to locate these robbers.
Next step, Attorney General.  After that, road trip.

SCAM!!!!! These people are nuts. Same stories over and over. They do record you verifying your mailing address, etc. and then tell you it is a recording of you ordering the product. Does anyone know who and how to report these bozos to?

I'm getting the same calls/faxes. Telling me that I ordered the Upgrade Package and owe $589. They even called me yesterday to play a recording ad "proff" that I agreed to this on a day that I wan't even at work! Thanks to all of you whom have posted similar grievances.

Received a fax from a Jacob Miller - First time having any contact with this company with the fax saying they were a collection agency and we owed $889 plus service charges for a total of $1,022.35 from an invoice dated almost 10 months ago. We've never heard of this company, they are not a existing vendor in our system, so we called and asked what they did, checked out the website where our company was supposedly listed and they had the wrong city listed, so even if they were legit, this product had no benefit to our business whatsoever as no one could locate us due to their faulty information.!!!!! Beware!!!!!

Our secretary paid $889 twice before I caught it. Same story as above, the collection calls are coming. We have received statements from the states of Vermont, Maine and Florida. Maine and Vermont use the same phone numbers.
BIZ CLICK in Florida has changed their name to ONLINE SERVICES They claim they have no connection with the other two companies, but the name is the same

First time having any contact with this company was by them saying they were a collection agency and we owed $889 plus service charges.  After asking for a copy of this bogus invoice for services that we supposedly ordered, Jacob Miller sent a fax.  There was 1 of "Business Network Power", which was nothing but a address label - no indication of what was done, and 6 "Service Charge" handwritten in for $80.01. The other part they messed up was the person that they said ordered the service has not worked here for years.

If you have the time, play along with these bozos and "look into it" and keep asking them for more information.  Let them waste time and long distance charges for a while before telling them to go to he11.

Just received a call message and fax from Business Network Power/online services with an invoice for $899.00 for service I did not order. They were so nice to remove the late fees and if I paid by credit card then they would reduce it another 10%. Nice of them to be so understanding. I just called the Attorney General and they are sending me a complaint form. I will file a formal complaint and suggest others do as well or this goes on and on with other folks.
The caller to me from that bogus firm is a person named Virginia K.

Emma from Business Network Power/Online Services called regarding a past due invoice from 1/30/08 stating this was a second attempt to collect payment in the amount of $889 plus $66.68 in service charges.  She faxed a copy of the invoice along with a message that payment must be received within 30 days to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and added expenses of late service fees.  After finding this website and all the comments regarding this scam, I faxed the invoice back with SCAM in big letters and advised them not to contact us again.

Online services c/o NGJ called and said we owed them $889.00. I told them that we did not owe them and that I never heard of them. They said I had made a purchase. I told them I had not made a purchase that further more my records showed that I had no invoice for their company. They told me that they were sending me to someone to correct this. They recorded me trying to get an invoice and since then have told me this was of me purchasing the product. I do not make purchase for my company.  I have repeatedly tried to work this out with them because at first I thought it was an honest error on their part. Now I think it is a scam.

Online Services called us 3 times and claimed we owed $899 for a service I didn't order.  When I asked them to send me a contract they stopped calling.  We then got an invoice and a cdrom with a request for $899.  When we called them they said to speak with Monica at ext 205 and she had a voice contract from us.  I left her a voice mail and haven't heard back.

Same thing. They keep telling us we owe money and they have me on tape ordering the service??? I always hang up when scammers call. I ordered NOTHING. They are now telling us they're going to sue if they don't get their money. We've taken it to our attorneys. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!

Received fax from Online Services stating we owed $889 for some online service provided by Business Network Power.  The website businessnetworkpower.com had a listing with my company name and our phone number but we had never had any contact with the company at all.  The fax stated it was their 2nd attempt at collecting payment.  This company will never see a dollar from me.  I also hope that others will see this and know not to give in to their crazy attempts at scamming hard working americans out of their money.
