I keep getting calls from this number. I thought I was on the DNC list. When I didn't pick up. They called right back a minute later.

they called me also but i really won a 2500 for my time so im not upset at all maybe i was just lucky

I googled this phone nbr and, after reading all the comments about this phone number.  I came to the conclusion "I do not trust it" and it is probably just a scam or solicitation.  "Mark Lewis" left a message for (mentioned my name) at 1:35 pm Sept 15.  and that it was in regards to an official entry form submitted to them in my name for a 2009 Navigator and that my entry was pulled at the Awards Claims Office. Left phone # and ext 236.

I never entered any contest or submitted my name for anything like that for a free navigator.  I am not interested.

Someone name 'Tom' called from 866-313-8050 x235 and left me a message saying that I had been entered into a drawing for a new Lincoln Navigator or one of two other prizes and that I had won. They did not leave a company mname, only that I should call them back.  Not going to.  Thanks for all the info on this site!

Got a call from DIANE MILLER at the "Prize Claim Center" (866-313-8050)about a sweepstakes I entered. She could not verify when and where exactly I had entered the contest. She verified my name address and e-mail which were all corret. She then asked if I was married and verified my income (which was way off). She told me about the great prizes that I may win and when and where to be to claim my prize. She also told me to bring my wife and two forms of ID (one being a driving license and the other a major credit card. She went on to specify Visa, MC, or AmEX only) to claim my prize. No one would leave without a prize. So, I set up the appointment and told her I would see her there.

As I thought about it it occured to me that a major credit card is not a form of ID but, a form of payment. So, I was prompted to look it up here and I'm glad I did.

What a waste of time.

Me too recieved a call fron the said number today telling that i won a Lincoln navigator , and fixed a meeting at 85000 leesburg pike , VA . and gave me a confirmation number tool ..lol  .   After reading all these here I realized its not just me ...hahhaha.

I just received a call from 866-313-8050 ext 248 claiming I was a grand prize winner from last night's drawing and that I have the choice of a 2009 Lincoln Navigator, a flat screen tv or a vacation to Las Vegas. When asked the name of the company calling I was told National Awards Claims and that they are "legit" and that the call was "not a scam". LOL!! Right! I then asked what sweepstakes I had entered and was told that either I or a friend entered my name in a sweepstakes called Cold Card Cash approx 12 - 18 months ago and that they needed to verify some info to ascertain if I was the actual winner the were trying to reach. They asked if I was between the ages of 24 & 66 (what an age range!). Then they wanted to verify that my yearly income matched what I had put on my entry form. Needless to say, what she quoted was about $12k MORE than what I made a year ago - when I supposedly enter the sweepstakes. When I told her the amount was wrong, I was told to just say it was correct when I went to claim my prize. I was told I and my husband would have to go together to claim my prize and she then tried to schedule what date & time we could go to 8500 Leesburg Pike Suite 306 Vienna VA. Needless to say we think this is a load of BS and will not be calling to schedule a date & time to pick up my "prize".

Yes, this is a scam. "You've won one of four prizes... Just come to this presentation, 1 hour."  Call to me was from 312-224-7874, robot caller left message.  Requested call back to 800-577-7137.  Talked to "Dario" at x8073. Asked me to come, with wife, to a presentation by Irish Resorts at 35 Cummings Park, Woburn MA 01801, phone 781-460-2041 for the "prize award ceremony."  This seems to be CDS Marketing, 17924 S Halsted In Homewood, Il. The Company Is run by Carl Sawyer who lives in Richton Park, Il.  Might not be trying to steal from you, but it certainly is sleazy.

In summary, CDS marketing takes advantage of ppl by deceiving them in believing they've won 1 of 3 prizes. The first is a 2009 suv truck, the other is an all expense vacation to Orlando, Cancun, or Jamaica, and lets not forget the 27 inch flat screen no-one ever wins. No single person is ever randomly selected. Every person called originates from a spread sheet they call leads. These so called "leads" is private information stolen for the internet.

CDS marketing is contracted to private traveling firms. For every person whom attends these 90 min traveling presentations, CDS marketing is compensated handsomely. "BEWARE"! NO ONE EVER WINS THE VEHICLE OR TELEVISION. Your time will be invested listening to sweaty salesman trying desperately to sell discount traveling packages. Or "timeshares". What a waste of time!!

I happen to know first hand that the staff at CDS marketing are high or drunk the remainder of the day. These are con artist of the lowest form. Carl D. Sawyer (cds) is the pathetic mastermind. I received a call from Monique instructing me to call 866-313-8050 x270 because she had some good news for me.

he left a message saying my husband won a 2009 suv and for my husband to call him back. Luckily my hubby is smart and told me to google it.

I received a call on my home number Willie Childs 866-313-8050 x238 prize coordinator indicating "Congratulations your name was drawn for a 2009 Hybrid Ford Explorer or other exciting prizes" and it was important I called back to confirm. So I called back and of course they ask are you married are you over 25 and is your salary over 50k. I asked where my name was pulled and he said it could have been any sweepstakes entry over the past 18 months. So I obtain my award claim number, the time and place of the meeting and to bring two proofs of ID and my husband. I get another call today from 708-799-9111 Tanya instead of calling back toll free I called direct. They answer the phone Award Center! I confirmed if this was a time share and she indicated its more of a travel agency new to the area. We could use a trip - might go to the meeting in Maryland tonight will let you all know what happens!

I received the same call on my cell phone--same deal. I told them I would have to talk to my husband. They put me down for 12 noon on Saturday. Based on what I found here, I'm not going.

I rec'd a call from "Mark Lewis" from the Award Office saying to call back 866-313-8050 ext. 236 because my name was pulled for a 2008 Ford Explorer last evening..

Got a call from this number.  They didn't really say I won an SUV just that my name was pulled from a drawing and that it is very important that I phone them back ASAP.  The last comment was a cheery "congratulations!"

I got a call that I enter for a drawing, I could wind a tv, lincoln nagivator or cash. that is was a state scam. I have to be over 25, married and combined income of 40,000 or higher.

Amber Smith mumbled something about me winning a 2009 SUV.

I got a call stating that over the holidays of last year I filled out a sweetstakes form somewhere and that I had won. Sometimes I do fill these things out so no trouble there. She said that I had won either a vacation, plasma tv, or a Yukon, that is a $49k truck! All I had to do was show up in Tysons Corner with 2 forms of ID and my entry number which she gave me.
She stated that they would describe the sweepstakes for an 1 hr to an 1 1/2 hr. Then I would scratch off a ticket that contained which prize I had won. She then proceeded to ask me if I was married or engaged? Nope, this was grounds for disqualification, so I was told to bring a significant other aka posing friend. Then she asked if I made over 60k? I asked what this had to do with the sweepstakes she said I had filled out the form in this manner. I know for a fact that I did not fill out the form like this, but I played along. Nope, this was grounds for disqualification... I ended walking away with a feeling of winning and then having it taken away from me... Anyone ever get anything from the Award Service Center prize wise?


On another note, I had placed my resume on Monster and got a call back from a would be employer asking for my SSN # for a clearance check that would take up to a week to process. They never got back to me. A week later the sweepstakes called claiming I had won. I wonder if they are connected and could be pulling numbers of driver's licenese and credit cards for the 2 forms of ID the required for the prizes...

Received a call stating that my name had been entered in a "Cool Car Giveaway" and was pulled as a finalist.  The caller wanted me to call her back as soon as possible.  She was at extension 245.  I didn't call as I don't typically give out that number if I know I'm entering a legit contest...I'll give out my cell phone number.

THE SO CALLED AWARDS CLAIM CENTER IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE! THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CARL SAWYER WAS SO UNPROFFESSIONAL, HE WALKED FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK OF THE OFFICE CHIT CHATING WITH SOME OF THE MALE EMPLOYEES MAKING JOKES ABOUT WOMEN. ONCE HE REALIZED THAT I WAS THERE FOR AN INTERVIEW HE HAD SOMEONE SHOW ME TO A SEAT IN THE BACK OF THE OFFICE WHERE ALL THE TELEMARKETERS WERE SEATED. My wife got a call today from this company informing her that she had won one of three winning scratch off ticket for either a Cadillac Escalade, 32’ big screen TV, or 2 round trip ticket to Orlando.  We had to be present in order to redeem this.  We asked all of the right questions but decided not to go.  I read a lot of the replies here and figured it was to good to be true.   The address was 8500 Leesburgs Pike, Suite 306, Vienna, VA 22182.  Her name was Amber with extension 225.  Phone # of (866)334-1920
If anyone gets this message, just be advised we did not go.

I too received a call from Elaine at the same number 1866 313 8050 x240 and 221.  I was to go to the Marriott Lincolnshire to claim my prize because they wanted to take a picture of my "surprise" prize, I was supposed to have won a 2009 Limited Edition Eddie Baur SUV???.  I called the Lincolnshire Marriott and they did research and found no meetings regarding an Awards Ceremony going on. My wife recieved a call from Amber Smith a little before 6pm today.  She indicated that she was a finalist from online line entry contest.  She was asked to come down to 8500 Leesburg Pike Suite 306 Vienna VA 22182 redeem her claim for a prize of a: hybrid SUV, Vacation, or Flat Screen Television. Bring down 2 forms of ID, whether married and engaged, and if you more 60K. She was told she could come down Tues - Friday 6, 7 , 8 PM or Saturday 11 to 4pm.  There was no obligation to buy anything or time share.

I might go with my brother-in-law Fairfax Police officer and scope it out, but it clearly sounds like one of those things were you have to sit through a presentation about an investment opportunity, time-share, or something else.

I just got the call 2 times in a row and after the second call they left me a voice mail stating that i have won a 2009 SUV from a drawing of some sort... Her name was Adina Michelle and she instructed me that is was VERY IMPORTANT that i gave her a call back asap @ 1866-313-8050 ext 269

I just received a call from this number: 866 313 8050 last tuesday September 23rd from Lashonda, my voicemail said urgent message and she said my name was pulled for a Cadallac Escalade, and that I was a winner! She said it was urgent and to call her back at extension 235. I called back today, Sunday because she sounded like a normal lady and I left her a message.  I decided that it had to be too good to be true so i looked online and found this. After reading all of this, if she calls me back I won't answer for sure!! It sounds like a scam and a waste of time.  Also, in the voice mail she left me, she didn't say my name but I told her my name in the message I left her. I hope that doesn't come back to bite me!
