They charged my account $69.95, and I did not authorize them to do that, of course when I called them it was after hours.

This is Grant Express.  I ordered the CD for just $1.98 s&h.  When I went to check out I saw a bunch of things that would be charged after 7 day trial. I immediately e-mailed a cancellation and tried to call the cust svc #.  Of course no one answered the phone.  I then see a 69.95 charge on my acct.  I finally got through to someone on the phone and told them I emailed a cancellation. I was asked if I had a cancellation code.  I told them of course not because no one from their company has responded.  They don't seem to be available until after 7 day trial.  I demanded a refund due to deceptive trade practices.  I'm supposed to get one in 5 business days.

WELL THIS GRANT FOR FUNDING DEAL.WELL THEY SUCKERED ME THIS MORNING AND TOLD ME TO CHECK THERE WEBSITE AND I SEEN ALL THESE COMPLAINTS.SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM AND CANCELED WITH THEM.AND I HOPE TO GOD THEY DON'T TAKE ANY MORE MONEY OUT.BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ANY.SO NOW,I GOT IN ANOTHER MONEY SCAM,AGAIN.THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND MY 1.98.WELL WILL SEE.BECAUSE I DO NOT BELIEVE A HOLE HELL OF A LOT ABOUT WHAT'S GOING.I JUST WOULD LIKE TO GO TO ART SCHOOL OR TRUCKING.BUT TRYING TO FIND A WAY WITHOUT BEING TOOK TO CLEANERS HAS BEEN A HARD DEAL.

I inquired about grant information they cantacted me and told that i ha to pay shiping this was from "Free Grant/Funding Search" when I saw the cahrges for 1.98 and then 3.00 then 12.00 withten a couple of days I cancelled now A little less than a month latter 2 new charges for 1.95 and 12.95 just showed up from another #877-892-6701 witch turns is the # for "Platinum Sheild ID" a Identity theft protection company funny ya... I need to state that the second # never called it just showed up on my credit card statement

My husband spoke to these people I didn't and he was told there would be a $1.98 charge for the grant cd. Well imgaine my suprise when I called to ask about the charges and was told it was not cancelled on time. When I told them it was an e-mail cancellation I was told that it had to be cancelled by phone only, I was flabergast. I was reading everyone's comments and seen the one that was ask for a confirmation number on their e-mail cancellation. Why was I told that they didn't accept e-mail cancellation?????????? They can't even keep their stories staight!

This is really terrible! It's hard enough out there with the economy as it is and then you have people like this taking your hard earned money! These people need to be hung up by their toes until they pay all of us the money that they scammed us out of! Tired of being taked advange of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

called from the telephone number 866-315-3967 and they took money from my bank card - unauthorized - 69.95 for two months until I noticed it.

This grants express online is a scam, once they get your credit card number they charge over and over and it is a nightmare from hell to get this corrected.  They conviently do not have your information when you call and ask for the correct spelling of your name over and over.  Please do not re- submit  your credit card number when they ask for it to confirm that you have an account with them. To make it worse other companies bill you for services you never authorize.  One is an identity theft company.  They charged my card 3times a few days apart.  I finally had to call and tell them I am recording their conversation and demanded that they close my acct that day and I would not hang up until they did or said they did.  The person I talked to was a Maria Williams she did say I was cancelled,but I will keep checking my credit card. By the way I had my card cancelled and they managed to charge me on my new one. I have never had a problem like this before so I just want to warn any one else who would be a potential consumer for their fraudulent sceme.
