On the 4th 0f July my acct was debited 2.95 and 24.95 for I don't know what! I didn't authorize it! How did they get my acct. NO!?

I ahve been tryin gto call the 866 318- 5007 and it doesnt go through. by 9 secind it hang up. I need to cancel it but it wont let me call.. it had charge me twice... 4.95.. WTH? Help anyone.

I Was Charged For A Walmart Card I Did Not Recieve

If you contact your bank and report this as fraud you have a chance of getting your money back as well as any overdraft fees associated with the charges...they take care of doing all the work into getting the money back from the company

I got sucked into this mess too! Supposedly getting a $200 walmart gift card, which didn't come - just some card I have to mail somewhere, then another card will come, then you mail that somewhere else. Crap. I have been trying to get through on the 800# to cancel for six (6) days! ALWAYS BUSY...BUSY...BUSY, NETWORKS ARE BUSY. Finally got thru, they say I've been charged $20 & $59.95. I was told in the beginning that it was $9.95! What a rip-off - do not get sucked in!

Everything that has been said is true. I dont know how they got my card info. I had to close my accounts. What can we do to shut them down or prosecute. I also have called back the 866 number and tried to get there business name and also there business licensed number they would not tell me and just put me on hold forever until I hung up. How did they get my info. anyone know.

punched the number up on google while telemarketer was making his pitch... all of your comments came up.  I asked if there was a fee involved, he said $4.95,refundable if I did not like the program etc.  so I politely said I was not interested and hung up.  I do not expect to receive the gas card nor the walmart shopping card! Hope any bank cards are not chargedd. Stay diligent all.   thanks for this site too....

Refunds are possible. I got $46 refunded, but you must call asap!! 1 out of the 5 people wouldnt refund. I feel like if I could have got someone else on the phone they would have refunded too.

One big scam you have to call and cancel everything you recieve in the mail!!!

I got the same problem. I was charged twice $24.95. We can't let this people continue doing this.

They've charged me numerous times as well. I guess I'm stopping at the bank today.  I'll be checking in here to keep up with any progress you may have made as well as informing you of my status.

This same company charged my account $49.95 on 8/18 & $4.95 on 8/6. I think they are the same people who charged my acount under a diffrent name.

I have the same story. I am all for getting a class action law suit going on this company. Their sales methods of soliciting unknowing customers into spending money for this garbage has to be less than ethical and illegal.  Does anyone know hot to start a class action law suit?  I have a phone call into a lawyer right now.

Wish I could recall any type of phone call..I know I have relentlessly been trying to call this #.Since my card has been billed $49.95 in June & $49.95 again in July. I am a single mother of 2 and have to watch every dollar..Somebody need to be held accountable

Now there is another deduction for 49.95!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have gotten nothing in the mail, and have emiled on company BELISI who told me they couldnt d/c an "account" through email. I immediately responded to these Aholes that there never was an account, and it is unauthorized deductions. They have not rrsponded back. I saw above there was a suggestion to start a class action suit and I agree. If anyone knows how to do this please send another comment and I will give you my info. Thank you. This is ridiculous especially since the way things are right now. Who has the time, emotions or money to have this happen to them in this day and age.

THE SAME #866-318-5007 SAID THEY WOUL SEND ME SOMETHING THAT THEY HAVEN'T., AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A 200.00 DOLLAR GIFT CARD FROOM WALMART. sO FAR NONE OF MY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR ANYTHING. BUT WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE SO CALLED MATERIAL I WAS SUPPSOED TO EXAMINE IN EXCHANGE FOR THIS GIFT CARD, THEY TRIED TELLING ME I OWED A BACK DUE AMOUNT ON SOME MAGAZINES. AND THA MY ACCOUNT WAS IN COLLECTIONS. WHEN I DEBATED THE SITUATION THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY THIS BOGUS MAGAZINE DEBT, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I REFUSED. WHO ARE THESE PEPLE AND WHA TCAN I DO TO REPORT THIS FRAUD.

This company has some marketing company and somehow got our bank account info from a purchase my husband made off the TV...well, they say he authorized these Value and HMID protect purchases, which he didn't...he says not interested and hangs up.  Well, they charged my account for $4.95 on 7/6 and the $49.95 today, 7/16.  They won't talk to me since it was my husband they set this up...so we are doing a conference call today to fight them.  I am also calling my bank to disupute all charges.

I just closed my account.

They have charged me 49.95 as well. So I called them to cancel and refund my money. I haven't got refund yet but here I see another 14.95 charged on my account. I really wish that I could report to the police.

first they charged 2x $4.95 and 30 min. ago I got charged with $ 49.95 and I believe, this is not the end of my story.

Look into American Home Advantage. I signed up for something and there were all these additional offers I needed to sign up for in order to recieve the promotional offer which was a free vaction and gas card worth $100. I just spoke with a rep. and they stated they would would put my account on hold and refund my account until I have recieved the package of information regarding the services this company provides. Once the package has been recieved they would be able to close the account. ValuePass is the name of the organization that offered me the 'free promotion'.

The way I got hooked by these people is that I was called by a phone solicitor saying that they were sending me free coupons for %60.00 worth of gas. They began by asking me if my card ended with the last four digits that they quoted. I said if this cost anything I don't want it . They said it didn't cost anything and it would be mailed to me. I never received anything. I did get three different charges to my card in a few days, one for a magazine subscription, the other for hmidprotect, and another I don't remember.These were all relatively small charges. I called all three and told them to cancel and refund my money. They said Ok. A week later I got three more charges. The highest was $81. the other for $39 and the other for Around $15.  I just got another for 14.95 from hmidprotect.  I will have to go close my bank account to get this stopped. I guess. We need to get a class action suit against them. I won't ever listen to a Phone solicitor again especially if they have the last four digits to my card.  I know that proving anything against them will be hard, because they record the conversation.  The solicitor talks in rapid fire speech. You cann't get a word in edgewise.  I did get a call in to one of the companys and got a cancelation and asked for a refund. They canceled me but wouldn't give a refund, saying you need to cancel before you are debited. I have yet to receive any letters or information from any of them.  Not a magazine or anything.

I just want onto my online banking and saw 2 charges from the same place on July 4th. They were $2.95 and $ 24.95 I had no clue what they were for, so I typed the name hmidprotect into the search bar and here I am seeing they got all of you the same way!!!!!!! I have been on hold with this co. for atleast 15 minutes. They say they sell home warranties! Imagine that, I rent an apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!
