I have been having an on-going battle with them this month.  I call just about every day and every day there is a different recording.  When I actually get ahold of a person to get the credit back on my account they tell me that "someone from the refund department will call me back within 24 hrs".  I cancelled on over a week ago, still haven't received a call back or a refund.  I am VERY upset about the way this company has been handling it's product and cancellation policy. grrrrr.. the latest recording says that it is T cast communications.. but they are just the people answering the phones.

I'm having the same issue. I've called both 866-320-0038 and 888-520-8080 and have gotten no where. I tried cancelling my subscription earlier last month for that stupid acai berry trial and ended up having to dispute the transaction with my credit card company... and now i'm having to doing it again. If this stuff keeps happening I'LL end up looking like the bad guy... this is bull!

As a follow up... magically, on my 3rd try to call the 320-0038 number, I got through was on hold for only 4 minutes. They gave me the same BS about the 15-day trial and then being billed the 78.84. She gave me a cancellation number for my account overall (of which I immediately rec'd a confirmation email) and is supposedly forwarding the information to the billing department to have them contact me directly for refunding my credit card... we shall see. Will keep you posted if I get a refund.

I read a "blog" from a woman who lost a lot of weight. She gave credit to "Total Cleanse". She said that the company would let you try it for just the cost of shipping. I signed up.

I have a charge on my credit card for $5.95 from "ColonRX" for $5.95
I have a charge on my credit card for $89.31 from "IP-BestColonCleanse17"
I called my credit card company to discuss fraud billing. They connected me to disputes. Disputes advised that there was probably a automatic agreement that if I did not cancel the account in 15 days that they would ship additional product. The Terms of Agreement in their web page said that they will not accept "refused" packages. That I must have an official RMA number to return product. It also said that they would deduct 30% for any returned product, and that they would not refund any shipping or postage fees.

I called the 800 number on the receipt. I got the message that "due to unusually high call volumes that it would be best if I called back from 5 to 8 pm CST.

I went on line and selected the "live chat" with the company. The "live chat announced that I was the 101th caller, and it would take 29 minutes. I waited. I got a rep. I explained my experience. The rep said that I did not have any additional orders in their system. I asked for global RMA number to return any unordered packages that might arrive at my door. The agent declined. I asked to end my relationship with their company. I requested that they not share my contact information with any other companies. I asked that they not give, sell, lend, rent, or donate my contact information to anyone. The agent said that my account had been cancelled and that I would have no further contact from Total Cleanse.

I suspect the other "companies" on my statement are subsidiaries of Total Cleanse. As  their agent denies any other charges - the subsequent billings represent fraud. I suspect they set up their phone and email system to discourage any ability to contact the company. They hope you will give up and just pay the bills.

I will be filing a report with my credit card company. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in my home state and in Florida where Total Credit is located. I will also register a complaint with my State Attorney Generals Office and The Florida State Attorneys Office. Google Florida's Attorney General and download a complaint form. Fill it out and send it in.

If enough of us follow through on this it will make them think twice.

And, I will always remember my mistake in this moment.

I have had the worst experience with this company!!!.  I have been hung up on 3 times in 1 hour and all I want is my refund.  I am about to get very ugly with them.  They don't speak very good english so when I did get through to someone I didn't understand her, made a point of telling Jackie that I didn't understand what she was telling me so maybe she would speak slower but instead she just hung up.  Originally we tried to call on 121608 at about 6:15 and held for an hour and a half.  When I tried to call again the next morning is when I found out that they close at 6 pm.  They are horrible and I would like to let everyone know that!!!!  If there was a way to reach more people I would like to know so I can do it.

I got an answer but with a bad connection and a foreign accent, was unable to understand what they were saying. I went to the website they mentioned...mytrialsupport.com and canceled future charges but am still working on this one.

they said they would call me back in 15 to 30 minutes so I would not have to stay on hold.  If I get through again will not let them off the line before they give me a refund!  With this many people getting screwed I hope something is done about them soon.

I have tried BOTH numbers listed in previous posts.  BOTH are now "out of service when you call you get a fast busy signal.  I've contacted my bank and asked for a stop payment on this charge.  Since it's saturday I won't find out until monday what the outcome is.  I was never contacted by phone but pplaced the odrder on line like a dummy. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.  I had orginally placed the order thru a link on a local TV station.  I have emailed the station explaining what is happening.  Hopefully they will have something posted soon some others can be aware.

I finally gave and called the bank and they had to cancel my card and issue me a new one.  They said they've had "several" people have this problem this past holiday season with different companies.  Not that ht's any consolation but at least we know we're not alone.

Saw an add for free sample of health product. Sent in shipping cost - received product about a week later. Fine print says if you don't cance; within 15 days you will be billed for the "free sample" almost $80/month with recurring shipment every month thereafter at the aprrox $80 monthly charge. Immediately called to cancel order - 866-320-0038. Problem is this is not a working phone. Ended up cancelling my credit card -- what a pain! Company or individual pulling off this scam  appearently is located in Miami as return address for product is 1630 NW 82nd Street Miami FL 33126. Can anything be done to stop this kind of Internet fraud??

I just received (without consent) another bottle of this product. Can'f seem to reach a human! Although I did get some kind of refrence number? I e mailed them and told them I'm seeking help from our JAG office, (husband is in Afghanistan). Also called my bank to stop payment. Hope this does'nt continue. If I'd only known Oprah would have such a bogus advertisemnt on her show! NO MORE OPRAH!!!!!

I have been trying for four months to get a refund of 78.85. At this point i think i have lost this money and learned a leason the hard way! I just spoke to Arianne employee number 1360. she told me that the refund department would contact me within 24 hours, but that is the story i get everytime i call. the supervisor name is Jamie Smith, which i find hard to believe concedering this company is in Manila Phillipens, i asked to speak to a suprevisor every time, but they are always on a call, so i asked for the address and she told me this is were they are located in the Phillippens, so i know i will never see my money again. let this be a leson to never buy online with a card number!!! this whole deal has been so frustrating!!!

,I've just noticed a pending charge of $78.84 associated with the phone number of 888-582-8080 and I've repeatedly called it and only got a busy signal...what a scam and you know the BBB won't do anything to get us our money back, no one will.  We should all go back to keeping cash in our mattresses.  My bank won't do anything until the charge has occurred, in which case these bastards got what they were after, my money.
I give up, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last two months.

I've tried that number for over a period of 3 weeks - it doesn't work.  I had to close the credit card account and open a new one.  Got a notice of processing a new order today, but they'll get a declined credit card.  But what a pain.  How do you report them to the Better Business Bureau?  They should be shut down!
