Appears to be a scam, just need to talk about a file that has come on his desk, very important.  ZERO details not even a name.  The caller id number is not the same as the number listed in the call.

This phone number called saying that a "John Taylor" is trying to get a hold of me. Doesn't give a name of who they are calling and it's kind of weird.

Just saids a few numbers than a guy saids that he'll be in the office all day and to call him back. Doesn't give a name of who they are and who they're calling. Seems to be a stupid scam.

2-23-2010 - 12 N  - Female caller says to call John Taylor about a file he has, call back its important.  I don't owe anybody a freakin' dime, never had an overdue loan, ever.  Has to be a total scam.  Unlisted number....  No data, nothing.

My parents keep getting a call from "John Taylor" saying that he owes money for a Sears past due account from 1991. They do not have a past due account. I believe this is a scam. I think they are using repeated calling and scare tactics to try to get them to break down and pay the "bill".  Anybody know how to get these calls to stop?

Keeps calling me asking if John Taylor can give me a free ball wash!

Have gotten countless calls from the offices of John Taylor in reference to a file they received- that is urgent. When he calls back again, the message says that he will be in the office and a couple of prompts come up, I responded to the one for a representative and the woman asked for my phone #, I was obviously sounding irritated given the number of urgent calls I had received from them.but gave my number. She did not identify why I was receiving the calls but asked if I was Melody Wilson? I said no and wanted to ask then how did they get my number and what was this all important file- but when I said no, she seemed satisfied and we both hung up. These numbers are also different as I have numerous calls on my cell phone from them.
