They call and hang up when I asnwer IF it is Key Bank we use them for our business account and they need answer.

They keep calling while I am not in, on a business line, and will not leave a message. If you leave a message I will call you back!!! Ugh!

THey call me every day - it is Key Bank. Asking for Charles or Jennifer. THey keep saying they won't call anymore. But it is ongoing. Today they called and asked me to hold when I answered the phone.
The second time they called - there was no one there. I have to get them to stop - they are driving us crazy. We tell them over and over that they have the wrong number and they say "oh sorry" we won't call again.
