bill collector?? they don't give the disclaimer, but they need me call a number for a important matter.

First off they never leave a message, at all . They think you will call back. It is done by an auto dialer used by key bank at a different lociation.They just let the computer dial it all day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, It would be nice to block this number....................

so this number is a charge dept for key bank, what exactly do they want now...
