just got 3 missed called (private) and now a voicemail from Monique brown saying Summer ( which is not my name) you have been summons and now have been served?  To call back with my claim number to verify employment?  really this is weird and needs to stop 866-336-9743

They have called an told my mom,my aunt and the grandmother of my daughter i used them as a reference. I have never used neither of them for a reference and to top it off i dont have any contact numbers for my aunt  and my daughter granny is a no no. Im gonna call and go off on these stupid S.O.B.s

They called me at work threatening to serve me papers. I asked her where she was located and she said "in your local district". I asked her where that was and she said "why does that matter?" Proving to me that this was a scam. I said come here and serve me papers if you must, but you are violating state and federal regulations by calling me at work. They then proceeded to call my wife.  They are aggressive and mean. These people need to be dealt with.

I have been receiving calls from an " UNKNOWN" , left messages stating a law suit was filed against me and needed to verify my address and my place of employment... "JOHN ASH " wanted to meet some where to serve me . Couldn't give me any info on the case but redirected me to the 866-336-9743....

Not only did they call me, they called my relatives, but it is for a person with a similar name, and these morons have somehow merged my history with this persons.  I will be calling the FBI later today to put these b*****ds in jail.

Got a call from a restricted number onto my cell phone and left a message that i have a law suit against me and that they are going to serve me a summons and know my address and should call 866-336-9743 and give me my case#. Check it with a court server and she told me that if their is a summons they will not call and let you know they would just come to your house and serve you the papers, so this is a scam!

Private number called to call back early in the morning n call back tthis number cause they had a case against me. Used tactics to call n when I called someone answered hello n hug up. If they had any info they would have served u papers not make u call back for info. Don't call waste of time
