this number calls my house at least every single day and i kept on telling them it's a wrong number and to take my number off their calling list... they refuse to give me a number where i can have my lawyer call and file a complaint for harrassment and they refsuse to give me the name of the company

They been calling me forever now.  Keep asking for Mr. Bishop.  After repeating telling them there was no Mr. Bishop at this number, I finally asked who was calling and each time I get "we are going from the medical Dept about your medicare" ... each time I ask to speak to a supervisor and today someone finally came to the phone.  I asked for a number where he could be contact and he said in his exact words "you ready to write it down" I told him yes and then he said "it is, 3 in your hand, 3 in your mouth, and 3 up your butt" .. they didn't hang up right away and I could hear folks laughing.  I have left a message with the tampa phone fruad group ... should get a call back on Monday and hope something with happen then.  You wouldn't believe how pissed off I am right now.

These bastards call us up until 9pm at night. What the hell is the no call list if they can't inforce ti. I will be in Florida and I will track these foregin bastards down.

They call my house constantly. Half the time they wont say anything, the other half of the time, they ask for Mr or Mrs Blair. I have repeatedly told them that I am going to charge them with harrassment, and have put a trace on the call as well as spoken to local police and my phone company. My phone company is investigating and will be blocking this number from calling, free of charge, because it is harrassment, and the local police unfortunately cant do anything about it because we dont know where the call is originating from. The guy on the phone today when I told him I would have them charged with harrassment, asked me how much it would cost him......He was extremely rude and kinda creepy....
Dont answer the phone when they call!! And if you do, take action against them! If everyone has them blocked, they wont be able to call anymore....

Called 6 times.  I waited till they answered and he had an Indian accent.  Said he was with the Medical office of/at?  Medexpert.  Least that's the closest I could figure he said.  Wanted to send me, actually my grandmother, a new medical card to use along with the medicare card.  When they asked for bank info I asked why and they said for verification purposes.  Riiiight... I hung up on them.  Anything to do with my grandmother's medicare is taked care of by her pharmacist.

These idiots are phoning me daily ( for over a month).  I have told them to take me off their phone list.  My language is starting to get CRUDE and he starts to preach to me about my language.  I asked him why he keeps on phoning me if my language is unacceptable to him.  He ignores me and continues to preach to me about MY upbringing.  He says I have $500.00 credit on their books, and I keep asking him to send it to me.  He is some kind of Asian.  I've contacted B C Telephone (Canada) to block these calls BUT I was told that they can not do this as these are International calls and can't do anything about them.   I phoned BBB in Florida.  They  said they can't help me.  Where do I turn to??

They call almost every day and when I asked for a name and an address where I can file a complaint they just hung up.  What can we do to have them stop?

This number calls several times a day. When I pick up, there is no one on the other end. I've reported this before as it has been happening for months. Is there a governing body that can do something about this nuisance?

I have had this # calling for ever and all day. First thing there is someone at the other end of the line but it can take up to 2 min for them to respond, I know because now I have been waiting, just so I can yell at them, because I have been asking them over and over again to be taken off the calling list.They have had all sorts of different things that they call me with, they say I won a free trip, They have $500 of my money that I forgot about, you name it they've already thought it up. So now when they finally come on the line I yell scam, scam, I'm letting everyone know you are running a scam. Then they hang up on me, but the so &so's call back sometimes even just an hour later.So I am at my end as to how to deal with these places. I do know that they are Special T Travel and they do have a web site, with no where to complain, that's a given.

We NEED to band together and actually speak to the annoying buggers on the other end... If you wait long enough, someone does pick up.... If you tell them that you are in fact the person they are asking for, they just might talk to you and you can figure out what they are trying to do.  Then when they ask you for your information, tell them a completely fabricated name, address, credit card, etc.  This way, they will just have to give up on whatever it is they are trying to do out of frustration.....
OR... We could just simply tell them to hold on while you get the person they are asking for, then just set the phone down.  The "866" numbers have to pay fro their long distance calls, and therefor the cost of phoning will rack up.

I get 10-20 calls a day from this numbers.  This needs to stop.  When I let my machine get the call they don't leave a message, when I answer the call they don't say a word.

Wow, I decided to google this # to see if other people are getting harassed by that phone number.-I thought it was just me. Yesterday, they called 8 times. I had a very busy day & it was sooo frustrating getting interrupted constantly.When I pick up nobody says anything. I called that number back & a heavily accented man answered as well.I think he answered cruise ship travel or something. I kept explaining what was happening & asked to be taken off their list.-He didn't understand, he just asked for my name & phone number. How can they get away with this?!They already called twice again this morning!! I want this stopped!

They have been calling me for 6 months 8 am - 9 pm everyday of the week, even Sunday morning.  I don't pick up anymore since they never answer, but once they asked me to repay a trip I never took to Florida - they didn't even have my name or address right, but insisted I owed them $.  I asked for their home # so I could call them at my convenience at their house and they hung up!

Its a Florida based travel company called Special-T-travel.

Block these guys. Pure sales calls pure and simple.

Who is this and why are they calling my cell?

I get this call once every other day. They call and there is no one there and then when I try to call it back it is busy

This number called 5 times today.  Nobody there when my wife (with cancer) answered.  Last time, I answered and demanded that the person speak up.  Heavily accented male voice answered and said my Medicare card was in the mail and I could expect it soon.  I said I didn't want any health care - that my ex-employer was covering us with Medicare Advantage.  Guy wouldn't give up - didn't seem to understand.  I said quit calling & take us off the call list.  He hung up then.  Can't somebody stop this stuff?

calls my cell phone several times a day. never leaves a message. when i call them, i get tones that mean the number is invalid. so annoying!

It was some foreigner from Speacialty Travel telling us we won a Disney trip. I told them to stop calling here. They called 10 times today alone.

This number has been calling for over a month - somehow they have one of our network lines so the call ALWAYS comes in on line 2. They ask for a Mr. or Mrs. Swart. The last time they called it took them forever to answer me when I told them to speak. When they did, they asked for the person and I said "For the last freaking time, there is no Mr. or Mrs. Swart here." Next time they call back, I'm going to say that I'm Mrs. Swart and find out what these losers are up to, also I'm going to put a trace on them.

"Resort" keeps calling me.  I make them run in circles and keep asking them the same question 3 or 4 different ways.
Not before long they get frustrated and hang up.
