I did the same thing and the live chat said they would issue a refund but no refund ever came through on my credit card statement. This number now has a message indicating that you have called outside of normal business hours even when you call during business hours.

1-866-351-1336  charged my credit card.  Check your bank statements and credit cards.  I tried to call the number back.  Not working and also look at what you purchased online lately and it might be connected to another company.

Thank you Kat for the number above it is an actual working number where you can talk to someone, it is from make money with google, when I was ordering that there was a number to call to cancel with Identity vault within so many days or there would be a charge and that number was not a real number when you called it wuld tell you it was not a working number, anyway, I called the 8663962729 that Kat gave above and the lady said she could only cancel the membership, I told her what had happened and aked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold, and when she came back I will be getting a refund of 24.95

A charge of $24.82 was illegally debited from the cons behind this phone number 1-866-351-1336. I am now going to my local police dept. and file a complaint.

I called the number above to cancel the vault membership and to have them credit my account.  However, the "customer service rep" was rude and told me there was nothing he could do about it and wouldn't even let me speak with his manager.  Real scammers; beware don't fall for it!

What a scam, beware, cancel right away, I called to find out what this was and will still have another months charge on my next bill next month. Could not get a refund... thought when I canceled the other crap last month that I was over this crap...I should have known that something was hidden somewhere. I tryed to put a posting last month on the net under the ad on line where people post how wonderful this is and it would not post it... I think they can post only comments they like.....this is not fair

I too was taken advantage of this so called identity vault.  The customer service rep would only give me an address for corespondence-- stating that was their only way on contact with corporate office.  I have called on several occasions now to get my money back- non of which have been successful.  I was told to get to the identity theft website to get more info-- and of course there isnot any information.  I cancelled my google profits back in Oct 2009-- was never told about this identity theft program nor did i ever see the terms and conditions--which s why google refunded my money after the trial period.  I will be call the better business bureuo and I am seriously thinking about calling the news station and/or a lawyer.  The charge is about $50 total.  It would be in there best interest to refund it and not have people bashing their company, but they do not seem to care.  Also, my confirmation email for my cancellation for Identity theft talked about diets and exercise! What in the world does that have to do with identity theft-which is what they lead you to believe the charge is.  I asked for them to prove that I have signed the terms and conditions and they told me they would only be able to send me a copy of their terms and conditions--not the one I supposedly signed.  I was also hung up on, after I told the rep I would be staying on the phone with him until I got my money back--even if that meant all day.  I asked for a supervisor- I was told all the reps were so called supervisors and had the authority to handle this situation.  I asked for their boss- who ever hired them, still the same response.  I was able to find out the people you are calling are a 3rd party company and they say they only have permission to deny your refund and as they say "are protected under the terms and conditions" that I never saw.  I will be calling again later today. .... and the day after and the day after as long as it takes.  Its not so much the money as it is the principle..... my cancellation confirmation email says that customer service is their priority.... ha! liars.

If you looked into the Google Home Business Kit then you got suckered just like me.  This is only one of 3 charges they will get you for but this particular one has no information on how to cancel it.  It is bundled with the Online Cash Success Kit and is ironically for a 7-Day Trial to Identity Vault for online fraud and internet scams.  Even if you cancel the Quick Profit Kit it does not  cancel the Identity Vault.  Their web link is: http://www.onlineidentityvault.com/index.php
but unless you log into the site the web page does not provide any information.  The correct number to call to cancel the Identity Vault is 866-396-2729 but be informed they state they have a no refund policy.
