who is this calling I have had 3 calls between yesterday and today, no message left

Called me 9 times so far. Seems to call more often first thing in the morning on Sat and Sundays. Very frustrating as I suspect it is Bell Canada who has been very persistent in my switching to Satellite (Bell Sympatico Satellite) which I already told them I do not want to do. They keep mailing me and calling me and since I got home phone with them they do not fall under the no-solicitation-allowed that I signed up for!

Okay Bell Canada said it is NOT them so I am seeing about BLOCKING that number

Bell said I am already on the National Do Not Call List so they are adding me to the Internal Do Not Call List.
