You don't want to use the service of Home Reliance Comfort. They are a big pain. Avoid them like a plague. They are very irresponsible. I receive their phone calls everyday about my account which does not exist, that needs to be paid off. I wonder what they would have done if I actually have an account with them...wait at my door every morning maybe.
I eventually called them to take my name off. After waiting 10 minutes, I got through to one of their representatives who abruptly hung up the phone...I guess she took the wrong job.

I gotta say Reliance Home Comfort will harp rass and call you all day long every day  including all weekends and cell phones untill 9pm and later as I recall. One may say just pay your bill and they won't call you, I have to mention it for less then one dollar and most recently I have received a bill from Oct 12, 2011, but the problem is I didn't have a contract for them to look after my furnace until 2012 I have told them that my furnace is a 1991 and when they originally called me for protection they told me it was for furnaces much newer I was speaking to a Russion man and had some problems understanding everything he said,not knocking the man, he seemed nice and now I get this bill from Oct 2011 and I'm sure my 1991 furnace is not on any extended warranty,,what I really think is they want to have the chance to say my furnace is toast and I need a new one and they will try and condem my furnace,,,,nice,,,like I said all the calls they make is almost worth saying take everything out of my house NOW I've never had calls 24/7 for less then a dollar and threatened with collection on my credit history ie Equifax,TransUnion,,,etc,,over 12 dollars,,,Reliance is like loan sharks and should reavaluate the Head of Accounts Rec,,because that person will cost them tens of thousands of dollars ,,The person who pushes the embarissed employee's for nickles and dimes,,SHOULD BE FIRED TODAY AND BRING RELIANCE BACK INTO MODERN TIMES,,IF I GET ONE MORE STUPID CALL BY A PARANOID KNOB WHO THINKS EVERYONE IS OUT TO SCREW THEM,,,I WILL SAY BY BY RELIANCE AND TAKE OUT ENOUGH ADVERTISING TO LET EVERYONE WHO DEALS WITH THEM, THERE NOT ALONE

nov 1/2011 why am receiving this call no idea, i have not account with company, and i am paying the bills on time. when I recieved this call first time in july 2011, i thought that may be i am paying on wrong account. the agent was on the phone and ask my acount with her she/he told me wrong address . ALL AGENT TOLD ME ABOUT MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER NOTHING ELSE. so i said that i donot have account with them so no call please, they call every two weeks they called me again they are going to call collecting agency . I have no account with them what f****ng here i am headaching about it what hell with this company going on... if they tell me

We cancelled their "services" because they gave us a hard time about lighting the pilot light on our furnace this fall. It was cold and they told us that our same day service plan, that covered the pilot light, would be honoured within about 7 days. I escalated the call and had someone here that day but then cancelled everything. They keep calling about us paying the bills they keep sending for this cancelled plan.
