I got a call from this number , she speaks bad Russian .. Then I asked her speak in English ... Then she said it's an survey for some project ... She asked about cream which we use in russia ...

They are still active and now they obviously have a german speaking agent who wants to ask questions about the company. His german is hardly to understand. As my number is a company number I told him that we wouldn't give any information and he could call later at a specific time when I was back from lunch break. He called half an hour too early and hence I let it ring.

think the company name was Hugo or similar.

I don't think this is a bot program. They started calling our office last week when we were all in a team meeting.  No messages left on anyone's voicemail, but then the jerks started calling our cell phones.  This means someone listened through the voicemail message, took down our cells and now the rotters have that too. No reputable business behaves this way so no doubt for me it is fraud.  Blocked their number.

I closed because I am sure that he wouldn't understand my words.

I live and work as a US contractor and this number calls me in the middle of my night
I don't answer calls that wake me up as I will not be a pleasant person at 2:47 am

Some one called and start talking in Arabic. His Arabic was so bad only 3 words. I am Egyptian native Arabic speaker. He called twice. I asked him if you can speak English. He said" I am only speak Arabic". Although he doesn't know both".
Noise in background do it was call center.

three times the company name was repeated and I still didn't understand it....

Sounds like a ChatBot -- a totally automated call. They're out there.

They called just called me asking about what kind of job do I have and it was supossed to be for a "panel" for pre-fill my profile so I don't have to do it on the phone... hahaha really? I hanged up.
Accent like an Indian trying to speak with british accent.Nose on the back.

They just called me, asked me to do an IT infrastructure survey so I said call back tomorrow, they took my name and hung up.

They called me too. They say it would be an IT infrastructure survey. I wasn't interested because next they would probably try to sell something to me.

How do I get them to stop calling? They are calling the same time every day and do not stay on the line when transferred.

Called today to talk to the IT manager. Some survey. I declined and hung up.

Caller asked to speak to "office manager"  when asked who was calling, they just repeated request.  This went on until I ended the call.  They then rang straight back!  Needless to say, I ended the call without speaking!
