They have called me as early as 8:20 on a Sunday morning....I never answered nor do they leave a message!

caller will leave a message with a recording explaining how your VISA or MASTERCARD has had some mysterious purchases and they would like you to call 8663749193 in order to clear it up.  They claim to be VISA fraud protection.  If you call back, will try to get you to give them additional information from your card.  They might have your number, but they dont have your PIN or your 3-digit verification code found on the back of the card.  DONT GIVE IT TO THEM.  ok

They actually ARE Visa Fraud Protection. When you make a mysterious charge. I know because I just made one and 5 minutes later they are calling me. They are just trying to protect you and them! And if you don't feel comfortable giving them the information then don't. They just want to verify on your registered phone number that you are the person and you made the charges.
