I Hate telemarketers, I also Hate fraudulent election polling. No one on the phone so they can just mark you as to skew the real polls. when u call the number back it is a voice robot for breast cancer. BS If it were Breast Cancer they would answer the phone. Fraudulent acorn voting fraud. Fraud election. Fraud fraud fraud. Fraud absentee ballots, fraud registrations. Fraud PHONE CALLS for Phishing. Too coincidental that I have gotten about 20 calls in less than 2 weeks from numbers just like this with No One on the other end. some show up on CID some dont.Something fishy going on so close to election in my humble opinion

I will not answer toll free calls.  I'm on the do not call list, but this number constantly gets through.  They just call and call and never leave any kind of message.

You realize that if your on a do not call list and they call you it's harassment, get there supervisors name and the name of the company, you can sue them for up $500 to if not more by now.

Unfortunately, charities do not fall under the Do Not Call law.  Neither do companies that you have done business with in the past 6 or 12 months (not sure of the exact time).  Ditto for political messages and polling.  The only way to get charities off your case is to tell them not to call you... if they listen.

Just annoying.  You subscribe to 1-800-Do Not Call, and it doesn't make a difference.  They still call and bother you.

I don't understand what 866-378-9484 caller's motivation is. Why call and not say anything? I guess one immediate answer is to shut off my phone ringer in the evening and all callers will have to leave a message.
Maybe my phone company can provide a way for me to block unwanted calls. Now that would be a phone service I would be willing to pay extra for!!!

Solicitation for breast cancer support.  The caller was aggressive and tried to minimize my support of the Susan G Komen foundation, pointing out that they "only" do research, not provide direct support to those in need.  The call ended badly after that.

I received a call from the number and called it back.  It was the Breast Cancer Society. Someone called me back and apologized for the missed call.  This sounds legit to me.  The gentleman provided me with the info to check it out with the Attorney General.  Still a fundraiser/telemarketer but for a good cause.

Same thing I do not answer any "toll free" calls and they will hang up and not leave a message.  If my daughter answers the phone they dont say anything to her.

Not sure who this is, but extremely rude!  We told her that we don't like getting calls this late because the kids are in bed and she said, "Oh, that's okay, we don't need to talk to your kids."  Are you kidding me?

These calls are solicitations for the 'Breast Cancer Society'. It is not rated by any of the charity rating organizations and has a very primitive website.  Breast Cancer Society has only been in existence since January 2008. Apparently 60-75% of donations pay for the telemarketing. Below is a link to a news article about spotting legit charities, specifically commenting on the 'Breast Cancer Society'.
