It was Bright House ---the gentleman was very courteous and helped me with the billing problem, also with receiving a paper bill. They were professionals in handling my concerns.

It was Brighthouse... Great company , just checking on an upgrade that I added. Took only 2 hours to get here and install new modem . Super fast on New Yr Eve !!!

Brighthouse non stop- just began a few weeks ago. NON STOP PROBLEMS WITH BRIGHTHOUSE - my jacks are now all internet jacks and they were not that way with Verizon - beware of CABLE LINKS- a fake company who come to your home in place of KABLELINKS the contractor for brighthouse that company starts with a K (kablelinks not Cablelinks) - this is very serious but took me a year to figure out! who thinks to ask for the spelling of contractors BH says work for them (kablelinks). Tampa fl has scams - hackers within brighthouse!
Brighthouse did not care when I reported this - nothing! I need to file a police report.....
I agree brighthouse is horrible.

It's really easy to change the channel if you don't like the content (others may like it and have a right to see it) and if you are worried about the kids...that is why even brighthouse has parental controls.

On February 25, 2013 this number called me from BrightHouse Networks because I wrote them a complaint about their awful company. They are all a bunch of miserable wretches because of what they do for a living! They show ANYONE ANYTHING that might be of interest, regardless of how perverted or illegal the subject material may be--regardless of how subverted the subject material may be to the moral principles and conception of right behavior to ANY society of people, ANYWHERE! They truly make the world a much worse place to live.
