I got  a call from a female that left a message saying she was investigate a bad check and i should call her backand  that she was from the department of check services well when i called back a man state i owe a company and i wrote a bad check he lied and stated he sent me something in writing certifield mail. i never receied it and he had the wright home address  i stated sent me somthing in writing i would pay he said he would email me i said sent it by cert mail started to to get angry and a couple hours later my sister called me and said someone called her stated i wrote a bad check i thought collecting agency could not tell your business  they dont have to lied i just wanted something in writing so i have proof i payed i dont want to give someone my money over the phone

. If you owe money, DCS will help you. I had taken out a payday loan last year and couldnt pay it back on time. the company wanted to charge me 100s of dollars extra because i was late. Mr Wheeler from DCS helped me out on this. I am so happy he helped me resolve this

Investigator Ray/ DCS? Law firm...Associates... called saying my name, the last four of my SSN; that there were 3 fraudulent claims against myself involving my social security number and drivers license and she wanted to help but needed me to call immediately. Said she was going to transfer the case to the county I live in but didn't want to do that because she wanted to help. This is VERY disturbing!! Who are these people and where do they get their info and WHAT can I do to protect myself from this!!

Susie, what have you done to resolve this? Did you get legal help? Amazing how much info this 'Investigator Ray' has...and HOW??? She called a number and left a message, not at my employment - THANK GOD!...she didn't say if I was a relative to definitely call her back though. She said she was going to transfer the filing to the county I live in and there were 3 fraudulent claims against my social security number and driver's license in the state; that she didn't want to file the forms, she wanted to help, but I needed to contact her immediately. Very disturbing!! Help???!!!

This office contacted me at my work and I'm glad they did when they did because I was going through some tough financial problems of late and don't have a phone of my own. They helped me get a serious matter resolved before further action and were willing to accept payments & were lenient & pleasant

i received a call from my brother said this man  called him about some fraud on an old account of mine they couldn t get a hold of me.This company when i contacted them they were very helpful i had forgot about a payment that was to come out my checking account, mr wheeler very helpful and saved me  from paying thousands of dollars in fines and fees thank god.

Got a call at my place of employment from a Tammy Ray @ DCF/DCS Case investigations regarding fraudulant activity under the last 4 digits of my ss# and said I needed to call her back immediately.  She also said that if I was a sister or a relative of the person she was trying to reach then to pls definitely call her back with my info!  It is illegal to call a person's place of employment!  This needs to STOP!

Someone by the name of Darren Knight just called to my place of work. Explaining to a co-worker that their was fruadulent activity happening with my bank account and to have me call his ext #104 as soon as possible....Can something be done about these collectors call our jobs? If we get fired they still won't get paid!

The person that called identified himself as Darren Knight. Claimed he was an "Asst to the attorney" calling about a "bad check" written by someone with a similar name. I told him I was not comfortable with his revelation of so much information without him knowing who he was talking to. In other words, not following the law!!!!!!

Mr. James Wheeler said this was an offer on a debt settlement amount.  But have not given me the name of the company I owe money to.
