They took a chrg of 19.95 out of my account, without authorization.  I have tried to call them but nothing. I want my mnney back.

I have recieve 3 charges on my credit card in the last 3 months. The first one was for 1.95 and the last two for 19.95. I have tried to call the 18663965711 and nobody answers me. I want to know if somebody can do something to get my money back.

Who are these people???? I have never heard of this WuYi stuff and I have been charged 19.95 from this phone number.  I have also got to differnt charges from the same company but different phone number of 29.95 & 34.90.  I just received my statement....What the H---!

i called 866-396-5711 to cancel living lean, i never authorized them to charge my account $19.95, they have charged 3 times 19.95. i told them i never asked for this subscription & told them i wanted it cancelled, they gave me a confirmation #CRR 5319255, DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN. Hope they did cancel, & that i won't have any more charges.

i got these charges as well. i called the number that was on my statement and demanded they refund my money and cancel whatever they were charging me for.  i didnt give these people my info and this is ridiculous!  they informed me it was non-refundable and basically told me to suck it up.  they also wouldnt let me talk to a supervisor.  the rep could barely speak english.  what kind of hoax is this???  something needs done about it.

This company is a scam. I got the same charges each month, 4 months in a row. Had also ordered once from WI-YU, then continued to see charges each month (ABOUT $20.35) from IW/Living Lean Las Vegas - BOUGHT NOTHING FROM THEM.
Report it to your bank and get the charges reversed back to your credit card.
My bank also googled the name and found out about the scam. Good Luck. By the way the tea isn't bad but the company sucks.

I, too, fell into the same scam with the WuYi Source company. Apparently, it is stated within the ordering process that we agree to some sort of "free" trial with LIVING LEAN LAS VEGAS US that provides information on how to stay lean. Well, I called and they were more than happy to cancel my "subscription" to their website. But you need to call in order to get it canceled, otherwise, the charges will keep on coming.

Ordered Wu-Yi Tea...BIG MISTAKE!!! They automatically sign you up for "Living Lean", which so far I have no idea what it is.  I haven't received anything in the mail or by email with anything referring to "Living Lean" on it. So far I have tried calling Wu-Yi Source to cancel, they said Living Lean is a separate company and they can't help me.  The Living Lean number on my credit card statement is a dead number.  When I call it the line just goes dead, nothing happens.  I'm going to contact the Nevada State Attorney General's office and sic them on them.  This is ridiculous!

I have now been on the phone with the 866-396-5711 number for approx 15 mins.  They said they would refund me last month's charge and I am demanding that they refund all four of the bogus charges since 02/07/08 to present.  The first person put me on hold and I waited approx 10 mins.  I then hung up, called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor and stated that I did not want to be put on hold for more than a minute. The caller came back on the line and stated that the supervisor's line was busy and she would have her supervisor call me back. I asked when that would be and she stated within the next 24 - 48 hours and I told her that this was not acceptable and I wanted to speak to someone now!! She then put me on hold for a supervisor again. I have now been on hold for another 5 minutes and still waiting... she has come back on several times and informed me where I am in line with the supervisor.  It is now 9:31 am and I am supposedly second in line. It is now 9:40 am and I am still waiting to hear from a supervisor. At 9:44 am I was finally put through to a supervisor Talah(?) and given a confirmation number.  She wanted to refund me only 2 of the charges however I then explained to her that she is going to refund me all 4 of the charges of 79.80 immediately because they have now caused my credit limit to exceed the amount and there have been extra fees involved. I told her that they are extremely lucky that I am not asking for that money back not to mention the hour of time I spent on the phone waiting for them to get to me while I was at work which is costing me and my employer time and money. I stated that if this was not done that I would then bring this to a lawyer and it would get a lot messier.  I asked the supervisor if she had a direct line for me to contact her at and she stated no but that she was putting a note in my account and anyone at customer service would be able to read the notes and see what was done.  She said the money would be back in my account within 3-4 business days. You can bet that if it is not that I will be calling again and then I will be asking for EVERYTHING that they owe me and more!!!  Do not be afraid to be tough with them and demand you get ALL of your money back!!!  This is absolutely illegal and unacceptable!!  They state that this is not their policy to do refunds but they would do it this time. You bet they will, they don't want to be sued because it would cost them way more than the 80.00 I wanted to be refunded.  Do not give them a second to explain anything, tell them what you want and what you expect.  Good Luck and sorry to all of those who have been ripped off!!!

have been calling for two weeks no real person answers calls. received nothing from living lean. wuyi tea not effective, charged full. am now in debt. such a scam

Some issue. I did not order the product and have charges on my credit card. Fortunately my BOA is disputing the charges and investigating. They told me there are thousands of these charges going on.

I also got charged for this service, which I did not order , I called and got a comfirmation # for cancellation, have to wait and see if it is taken off my charge account. This is no mistake..they know you didn't order thi service.
No invoice for this..it just showed up on my charge account.

I received 2 charges that I did not authorize from some living lean company. There was no number on my bank statement and my bank couldn't locate a number for them. I had to do a google search to get the number. They told me I was sign ed up automatically through Wu Yi. I was upset and threatened to dispute with my bank as well as get an attorney involved. They said that they would cancel the so-called membership and credit my account back for the 2 months charges of $19.95 each. They said I should be receiving that credit back in 3-5 business days. I canceled my subscription with Wu Yi as well because I told them that I do not do business with companies would sign me up for other companies services with out my authorization. It is all a scam and these people need to be stopped. It's ridiculous!!!!!

They charged my account 19.95 Wu Yi source states that they automatically sign you up wiht out you haveing th option to say yes or no. I call that number to reverse fee of 19.95 and make sure nothing else is going to be charge to my account. They cancelled and the subscription and gave me my refund back because I threaten to sue.

I called that number and the custumer service speaker gave'me a cancelation number with no mayor problem... unfortunately they can't make refuds now...

Originally I purchased WuYi Tea, which I am in the process of returning it for a refund, but then I was charged on my credit card from 18663965711.
So I'm assuming that is how they have my credit information.

I CANCELLED WU YI SOURCE AND FOUND 2 CHARGES ON MY BANK STATEMENT FOR 19.95
I CALLED WU YI AND THEY SAID IT WAS FROM LIVING LEAN I NEVER ORDERED THAT.

I was charged THREE times in one month.  ONe for $19.95, another for $37.00 and another for $54.95 in ONE MONTH!  These people are the biggest crooks I've seen in a while and feel so ashamed that I was dupped like this.  I have disputed all the charges on my credit card and they are being taken off.  Should they charge anymore on my account, my bank has assured me that they will fine them and then reissue a new credit card.  NEVER again will I order something like this on line.

I too have been charged 3 seperate charges on my credit card. Once from WuYi and for 2 months from Living Lean. I have never even heard of Living Lean until the charge showed up on my credit card. Customer service at Living Lean and they have been giving me the hardest time about receiving a credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Please see Nathalie G comment above.  I just called WuYi support at 866-396-5711 and asked to cancel the Living Lean subscription. It was painless really.

I've had 3 months of US$19.95 charged to my account from these people. This was NOT authorised and needs to be stopped. I can't get any information from Wu-Yi to get these stopped, so have gone via my credit card company

VERY LONG HOLD TIME!!!!!  28mins later spoke to supervisor Andrew says will refund (courtesy) 19.95 and cancel my membership/that I never asked for or auth'd. should expect refund in 5-bus. days   gave me auth# 1734352...it'll be suspicious if he gives you the same number. Ditto all of the above.  I have fell in the same trap as all others.  I called and received a different Confirmation number and was promoised a refund of 19.95 within the next 3-5 business days.  I also asked that both charges be refunded-- but was told I could only get 1 of the 19.95 charges refunded.  There should be a law ensuring that consumers must sign a document in writing to stop or allow these crooks to charge to anyone's account.

Wu yi has stated  on the bottom of ther page that they are no longer selling living lean.
Since when were they selling living lean.
