Wanted to know who owns this phone number.

This is from AIC, a debt collector. Name comes up "TOLL FREE CALL". They also call from 866-692-0223.

Keep calling, today especially, every 2 minutes on my cell number and always hang up.

Keep calling our business line, when we answer there's no one there.  Has been ongoing (and irritating) for several days.
