This Person Keeps Calling My Phone For No reason I Wish They Would Stop And Get A Life

This person keeps calling me, i am also still in high school and im not able to answer the phone..they have called several times and i hvent been able to answer,when i try to call back i get a busy signal.

I keep getting calls from this person and when I don't answer they never leave a messege, and when I did answer they keep hanging up on me, I have recieved 5 calls from them yesturday alone. I would really like to know why they are calling me and what it is that they want.
