October 29th 8:38 pm I get a call from 866-404-0428 with voice that says "Sorry I must have the wrong number and hangs up. Caller ID is "out of area". They are a pian.

Almost every day between 6 and 8 PM (EST) the phone rings and a voice says "Sorry, I must have the wrong number" and then hangs up. This is annoying.

This is the second time now at 8:42 pm on the Dec 2nd 2007 As soon as I answered I got a message "sorry I must have the wrong number".

They have called my business number after hours several times. Always say"I must have dialed the wrong number" before hanging up. I called that number back and was put on hold to wait for an a new account representative. Left a message never to call me again, am on the do not call list, etc. Believe they said I had called Capital Investments.
