Serius XM - they won't stop calling. We bought a car and when the free trial ran out they started calling several times a day. UGH.

Sorry - Haggle, not Barter.  Words have meanings!

It is annoying that you buy a car with a package feature you don't even want and then get harrassed for it, but come on now, it is not that complicated.  Just block the call.  Good Grief.

By the way, XM will negotiate the price - I'm still not interested, but it is not expensive if you barter.  If you travel a lot it is not a bad thing to have, but the marketing model is pretty bad, but when you give people $100,000,000 Contacts to do a talk show, guess you need subscribers badly.  

I didn't answer. Never had a contract or even a vehicle with XM if that's in fact who it is. It seems like I've read all this text before, so I've most likely already blocked a different number they were calling from. Hello, Mister Number app: "block All Calls starting with" 888, 877, 866, 855... I should get them covered sooner or later. (Any reputable business would be calling my land line.)

How did you block them on your iPhone?  I've been trying to figure it out as they call me every day twice a day even though I send them straight to voicemail.

866-409-3996 has called every evening since I told them I was not renewing my free trial in my new car, and the phone line is always silent.  I just now called the number back and worked my way through their voice mail options to a real person.  I politely asked to be placed on their do-not-call list.  The lady who was also polite agreed to my request and said it would take about ten days for the calls to cease.  She wished me a good evening.  We will see if their process actually works.

Received my 1st call from them yesterday and like the others said, they do not leave a message. Yes I was a subscriber for 8, maybe 9 years and finally cancelled (now have a Ford Sync radio) so I guess they want me back. I do miss the Deep Tracks channel.

these phone calls are so annoying.  especially when they interrupt a call you are already on.  I, too, have reported them and asked them to stop.  does not work.....Sirius must operate from another planet, one named Stoopid.  I've had very exasperating experiences with them for years.  the left hand of that organization NEVER knows what the right hand is doing, whether you're trying to conduct business from the phone, by snailmail or online.  I finally had to threaten to get a lawyer and they quit sending me all the garbage they were sending.  about a month ago, this phone garbage w/ the number we're all complaining about started.  guess we need to go to our individual states' attorneys general and complain and to the FCC.

Multiple calls a day, week, month...I never pick up for anyone unless they are someone I know, I'm surprised they keep calling. It's true what they say, you can't fix stupid.

I cancelled my services with XM and they call every single day without leaving any messages. This needs to stop!

They're very polite, insistent, persistent and just won't take "no" for an answer. BTW, one cannot terminate their programs/contracts unless they are called (no fax, no e-mail, no text) - then the fun begins....

Try this for entertainment.  Pretend to be a fax machine (and try not to giggle).  Pick the phone up and then just put it down and let them listen to you.  They aren't going to EVER quit calling.  They call me at work throughout the day, several times a day...and I don't answer.  But it is irritating as all get out, that's for sure!

Yes, it is XM Sirius Radio.  When we purchased our used car, the contract was still going and then it ran out.  Since we just recently purchased the car they gave us the three months free.  We are rarely in the car and noticed that there were way too many commercials, etc on their plans as well as being expensive.  We have our own music in the car now, but they continue to call to want to sign us up.  We're also on the No Call List as well.

I bought a used truck that the previous owner used Serius XM Radio. After a week I was getting 3-4 calls a week from Serius, then it went to 3-4 calls a day, from 7AM to 10PM local time. I've told them I don't want their product and to stop calling me. I told them I wouldn't but their product EVER!!! But they still call and I get promos from them in the mail every couple weeks. I've reported them to Arizona State Attorney Generals Office. I've reported them to DO NOT CALL.  I've cursed at them on the phone. That Organization has to be stupid. Who would purchase ANYTHING from a Company that does business like that?

Yeah, they just called and no answer at the other end. They called yesterday too. The thing I like to do is get these people on the line and talk to them as long as I possibly can. While I talk to them I play on the computer, watch tv ,eat etc. If everyone did this it would cost them tons of money, plus it keeps them from bothering others.

This is my third call from this company....I have asked them to stop calling I don't want xfm....i am also on do not call list....now they are calling and when I answer there is no one on line, then it disconnects. I am ready to report them....

This number has been calling us many times in the last week.
When our answering machine answers they hang up.
So far I have recorded the following calls:

Oct. 24 at 5:57 pm
Oct. 25 at 9:33 am
Oct. 26 at 10.12 am

We are on the no-call list.
One time I tried to call them back, but they want my subscription number, it appears to be some kind
of radio or television station.  Could not get a live person.

Please stop them bothering people that are in their mid eighties.

Be ready for calls everyday for MONTHS from xm radio if you make the mistake of buying a car with a trail package. You can call them and tell them to take you off their call list and they say they will but will keep calling , you can file a federal or state complaint, but they could care less. it's been 3 months and the calls keep on coming, gm should be ashamed of them self's for forcing you to have to put up with this

They call twice a day, I did not sign up after the XM Sirius three month trial period on our new Toyota Highlander. Too expensive. They never leave a message. I blocked them on my iphone so I get them anymore.

Yes - They are XM Sirius Radio.
I got the three months free and did not continue because their plans are too expensive and too many talk shows and sports shows.
My 32 GB Thumb Drive has all the music I need and XM Sirius is miles behind now.

Got a call on my cell.

They call every day at least 3 times a day when you answer theres no one there.  I am on the no call list which they choose to entirely ignore.

How can we protect ourselves from these intruders? They call at all hours.

I get called from this number and I am also on the no call list.
