I have never had XM radio and am getting calls from this number.  You should NOT believe it is XM radio.  Probably somebody claiming to be them and are scamming to get your personal/credit card info.

Yeah i cancaled my xm as well they call me all hours of the day, if they wake me up someone will be cussed out

Yes, I too recently cancelled XM Radio and they called twice in a 10 minute time frame, but also used a different number.  I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.

This number calls me at least 2x a day...it's annoying.  

I guess I am lucky...they have only called me every day for the past  four day except for yesterday...they called me twice.  I do not answer, of course.  I, too, just cancelled about two weeks ago.

Do they really think this will keep or get old customers to come back?

I just got a call from the number today, but weirdly enough, I have never had XM radio, nor has anyone in my family. I answered but no one replied when I said hello, and then the call ended. So...what's the deal with that?

They've been badgering me for months now after I canceled my subscription.  I called yesterday and made sure that not only do I not have any active services with them, I don't owe them money and actually still have a promotional credit on my account.  I asked to be added to their Do Not Call list, as well as Do Not Mail.  The rep said it will take up to a week for the changes to take effect.  We shall see.  Never renewing my XM again.  Outrageously expensive for what you get, poor service in my area, and hands-down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.  What kind of company cold calls former customers after repeated requests to stop?

I, too, just cancelled my XM, however, it took 6 calls to make that happen.  Now I am getting a call from the 866 number every day.   I haven't answered and thanks to you people I will just delete, delete, delete.

I get calls everyday from this number and it seems to be XM radio. I cancelled their service recently and now they are basically harassing me to reinstate it. This is infuriating.

XM is using the same trick on me.  I think the car companies need to rethink their offering of this with their new vehicles. And let the customer sign up on their own. "XM IS NOT A PERK WHEN BUYING A NEW CAR" if you choose not to renew the subscription. Not worth the hassle.

Yes same here, canceled XM Radio, switched to a free 30 days of internet radio, canceled that. Constant calls and letters in the mail! I have asked to be removed from the list. Just blocked them on my phone now.

This is a fraudulent business that call every day in the early morning and diner time .  I want this to stop, I will tAke matters into my own hands and hunt them down and distinguish the problem.

After several grueling phone calls to SiriusXM starting back in early September '13 that consumed hours of time speaking to folks in far flung reaches of the world with negligible English-speaking abilities [Philippines, mostly, so why the heck can't they speak and understand English at least semi-effectively?], I was FINALLY able to cancel my SiriusXM service about two weeks ago in mid-November. Ever since then, this number has called me relentlessly asking me for detailed personal information to "verify" my account status. I never give them any info other than to tell them each and every single dang time that my SiriusXM account has been closed and that I want nothing to do with them, and to stop calling me. But SiriusXM just will not stop calling. If SiriusXM had actual offices anywhere even remotely close to where I live, they'd definitely be getting the tables turned on them and suffering my wrath face-to-face. As it is, though, the Rep's calling for SiriusXM call super early in the morning and late at night disturbing our nighttime relaxation and disturbing our sleep. But, it seems SiriusXM is absolutely unwilling to end their harassment of my household, and I cannot make them stop.

I just canceled Sirius XM last week and shortly thereafter got a call from them offering rediculously low promotional rate options of either .99 for 1 mth or 24.99 + taxes and fees for 6 months - really? I said thanks but no thanks and now I too am getting harrassed. Three calls in 24 hours. The first time I answered and told the friendly young lady that I had just received a call on Friday and declined their new offers. She couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Then that evening and the next morning I get two more calls and when I answer, they hang up...what is the point?

Just started getting calls after cxl'ing service less than 30 days ago.. New iPhone IOS7 has a feature to block numbers which I promptly did after discovering who was calling and I haven't received a call since.

At least 4 calls a day...this has got to stop.

I cancelled my XM radio recently and got a call from this number offering me a 6 mo plan for 25.00 and they would waive the 15.00 reconnect fee. I declined saying I prefer the variety of music on local stations.

They continue to call, so today, I called back and told them I cancelled for a reason and don't want any more calls on the matter. If I want to reinstate, I know where to find them. The Rep was great, took care of it and said no more calls after 10 business days. We shall see, but I think she did remove me from further marketing attempts.
