thank you for putting the #s up. I canceled right away. when I called the #s on my bank statement and the one dazzle white gave me (when i canceled them), they said you couldn't call til the weekday.

To get your money back, simply emphasize that you did NOT sign up for any subscriptions and mention the words: fraud, breach of contract, bank, and charge-back. She told me about the privacy policy, but nowhere does it state that I'm auto-enrolled. I even confirmed online via live chat and on phone that I wasn't enrolled in anything else. Anyways, I just mentioned that I wanted a refund, or "I would contact my bank about this breach of contract and report fraud and get a chargeback". (That's the magic phrase to get your money.) They will quickly say they'll refund you in 5-10 business days. Also they have a response form that will auto-deactivate you if your account is ever created or activated with them.
Good luck getting your money back! And remember to keep records of EVERYTHING (get the customer reps' names, get the date/calling time/call duration, etc. for your records).

Well, I'll be emailing Clark Howard from CNN Headline News about this.  I had called my bank concerning these charges, and they were able to provide me with the phone numbers.  I did a search on Health Member and VH Access, and discovered that the charges on my bank statement were a result of DazzleWhite/DazzleSmile.  I called the number to Health Member (888) 779-5303, but received no answer -- not even so much as a telephone ringing.  I then called VH Access (888) 332-2707, spoke to Anna, and she cancelled my account.  When I asked her abouth Health Member she told me they were an affiliate, and provided me with the correct number to them, (866) 417-6059.  I called the number Anna had given me, and spoke to Jessica who cancelled my account with them.  Unfortunately, both previous charges cannot be refunded due to the terms and conditions from DazzleWhite, http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/terms-and-conditions.php, "Billing: When you place your order today with DazzleSmile, you will automatically become a part of our elite customer club.
