Receiving messages regarding "an unpaid debt" ... of which I know I have none.

A Mr. Winner (caller ID 616-723-9988) called "in regards to a personal matter in our office."  No mention of who he was trying to call or company name.  Taglines were as follows: "I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter" ... "I also must tell you that this is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose."

Mr. Mclain called my number from 1-312-470-6196 and he asked to call 1-866-421-4998 and he asked to call him back, but he did not say who he was calling

A Mrs. Walker called about an outstanding debt. No company name, name of debtor or account name was given. Classic scam.

I also just received a call from a Mrs. Walker, who left a message, but did not ask for anyone at my home by name. She also stated verbatim...

"Hey, this is Mrs. Walker. I have a situation I need to speak with you about. Please give me a call as soon as you receive this message. My number here is 866-421-4998. Again the number is 86642143998. I do look forward to hearing from you. I am also required to inform you that this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Thanks"

To top it off a few days earlier, there was some creep knocking at my door and flashing a flashlight through my windows a few days ago. The next day he came back and posted a note on my door that I was supposedly being served, and urged me to call a phone number on the letter within 24 hours. I didn't call, as I do not have any recent debts, however, I do have a couple of items that are nearly 10 years old and are due to fall off this month.

The following day is when Ms. Walker Called. I suspect these folks (Dynamic Collection Services) picked up an old account for pennies on the dollar, that was written off and are trying to make a last minute squeeze.

I am certain that I paid the principle way down before my car blew it's engine back in 2001 and I had to go dark and live moth to month on whatever cash I could muster up one job at a time. It took me six years to save enough to buy another vehicle (all Cash) and get myself back on my feet,  

Except for a small balance I pad most of my debts off, but now after 10 years I am sure the interest has jacked it back up to something ridiculous, so as far as I am concerned DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS
can go kick rocks.

On January 23, 2012, telephone 804-977-3587 left the following message:  "Hey, this is Ms. Walker.  I have a situation that I need to speak with you about.  Plese give me a call as soon as you receive this message.  My number here is 866-421-4998.  Again, the number is 866-41-4998.  I do look forward to hearing from you.  I am also required to inform you that this is an attempt to collect a debt.  Anu information obtained will be used for that purpose.  Thanks."
Of couse, I have no debt.  This 866 number is associated with random calls to collect debts from individuals who have no debts.

ms  Gold this time. same line same crap caller id show she called from 914-371-6389, wants called back at 866- 421- 4998

The caller identified himself as Mr. McClane and stated that he was calling to collect a debt. Called me from (972) 865-4659 but left (866) 421-4998 to call him back.

Just FYI: This is a legit collection agency, doesn't mean they are not proper about it but they are.

McClain sure is a leach.The number he called me from was 209-227-6087

Just got a phone call from Mr. McClain about a "matter". After researching this I do not plan on calling this man back.

This guy keeps calling me as well - I didn't think I owed anyone money either, so I decided to look it up - can't find any legit info on this man... He has only left me one voicemail but keeps calling constantly.  The next time he calls I'm going to answer and tell him to stop harassing me or I will be filing a complaint.

Mr McClain called and I called him back. Before he could say anything, I told him that all matters were handled by my attorney and I gave him a number to call. He hung up before I could finish giving him the phoney number.

Mr. McClain Is calling me supposed about a debt collector but he doesnt know anything about my personal imformation he didnt said my name or anything related to me. please help

Just received a call from Ms. Walker about a "situation" they have. Don't know who they are; don't owe anybody.  Beware of them! Don't answer back.

Each person in my family received the call from Mr. McClain stating we had a debt forwarded to his office. When we asked for his company name, he refused to give it. When we asked for the SSN on the account he refused at first saying we should know it, then when he gave the last four digits, we told him it was none of us. He said that's why he didn't want to tell us because he knew we would lie about it being ours. Told us we needed to pay our debts. We pay all that we owe. A respectable company would have provided more information. The number that showed on caller ID was 817.768.3494. We are filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and request charges brought against Mr. McClain for failure to comly with the Debt Collection Act.

Another site notes these people as Dynamic Recovery Solutions in Greenville, SC.

This is a scam. They hope people will be afraid their credit will be harmed over a debt they never had and pay them. When in reality none of us have any outstanding debt.  I wish we could find and prosecute these people

Neither do I.  Tired of this crap.

They say they are a collection agency. Yeah right.  The call and call many times but no ans./  Then they can figrue out when a person is not home and leave a message that you owe money.  Suprise I don't owe anyone money.
