call me all the time. blocked them from calling but still insist on calling. will never call them. could be a scam. do not owe money to anybody period.

I get calls from this number three or four times a day starting at 8 am..  They never leave a message

received a call today at 11.17am and yesterday at 749pm..........unidentified caller...no response on a phone pick up....am on the do not call listing.

Allied Interstate, LLC  (Collection Agency) Trying to collect on a debt that is currently resolved via agreement.  Repeatedly demanded that I give personal information while refusing to verify company information.  Put on line with someone claiming to be Nathan Jones, Asst. VP of the company.  He refused to provide address of company several times before rattling it off at light speed.  He then refused to speak slow enough for me to copy the address so I could further research their company via internet and verify that I was speaking with a legitimate company.  I told him that I wanted to verify their involvement with the original company before discussing anything with them.  They were using an 8 yr old mailing address to try to reach me and said that they acquired my account for collection two years ago which I have since verified to be an outright lie.

got a call from this number on my cell phone - no message.

These people have been calling for days now and I just looked up this site.  I have gotten tired of the repeated calls so I've been calling them back every couple minutes and not saying anything.  I work at a call center so it doesn't take much effort to do so. The anger and frustration that I hear on their end is priceless. If you ever get stressed out, I recommend trying it out.

These people call several times a day during the week and weekends and im sick of it. Im on the DO NOT CALL list...

Persons from this number continuously  call my phone number.

I actually called back one time and the guy on the other end eventually admitted to me that they were a collection agency of some kind but denied my presence in their system. Told me to not worry about it and that it was a mistake of some kind, yet they continue to call..

I get calls from this number but no one is there.

This number called me 8 times yesterday, and then again this morning. I finally called back to see what it was regarding, and they mentioned the call was regarding "Marcus" I told them that I knew Marcus, but that they were claling the wrong number. So then the guy asked me for his number, and I told him no. That he should call the number he had on file for him. Well this guy proceeds to start yelling at me and asking me why I'm protecting marcus, and that he can call me because Marcus put my number down as a alternate contact. So for a good 3 minutes we were yelling at each other until I told him to speak to his manager. I told the manager that if this was NOT AN EMERGENCY TO TAKE MY EFFIN NUMBER OFF THE CALL LIST THAT THIS WAS HARRASSMENT, and he said he had taken it off and I would not recieve anymore phone calls. We will see, my number is also registered on the Do Not Call List.. ugh!!

Allied internation It's  not telemarketer its student lone collector you answer the phone enough and then they finally hit you up about student ones.Even when you quote them the law fair debt collection act they don't. pay attention even yelling at you on the phone.you ask them to send you a Bill not to call your home or work they do not pay attention .They have been sued many times keep a log after you sent them a letter on the fair debt collection act . Then tell them if they persist calling you will sue them. By all means don't answer your phone but keep a log of every call could add up when you take them to court since it's fifteen hundred per infraction every time they contact you after asking them to stop. Hey could probably pay off student lone :) The law also states they can't call passed 9:00 Pm

They are debt collector Allied Interstate This guy calls up screaming at me refused to give name or employees number or company he works for. Says your being taped Wanting all this personal information DO NOT EVEN GIVE THIS GUY YOUR NAME .They will hound you forever .!!! Check out fair debt collect act. protect the consumers regarding debt collector . They can be find $15,000 dollars per infraction. if you notify them by mail not to contact via phone again and to contact you only by mail They half to abide . Has to do with student lones. .

They are Allied Interstate an aggressive debt collector that uses harassment of any one they feel knows the person they are looking for.  Do not even try and speak to them, they are after any tidbit of information that they can get and it is illegal for them to be harassing you.  There are guidelines that they should be following and they don't.  They consistently break the law.   Don't answer or hang up, period.

This number 866-428-9877 is a debt collector.  Allied Interstate, the last resort debt collector after some dummy that owes somebody money and can't be found.  So they go after whatever they can.  Not very effective.  If they are calling you, it's because they are desperate.  They have bought a bad debt from another debt collector and they use illegal, aggressive harassment of what they believe might be family members or friends.  I die laughing every time I see the number on my phone and say to myself "how's that working out for you"  ha, ha, ha....because if you are calling here, you sure as hell don't know how to get a hold of this person that you are looking for.  I don't care if they call here 7 times a day, 7 days of the week.  I know some of you must be very frustrated but take it from me a person who doesn't have any bad debt, I've spent 10 years of my life getting calls from morons just like these idiots who can't get other jobs, looking for someone who doesn't live here and surely has terrible debt but, it isn't my problem.  Don't ever deal with a debt collector.  They can't do a thing to you.  What are they going to do?  Hire a Bounty Hunter???  Good Luck with that.  Shut your ringer off people and don't worry, after they spend a lot of time harassing you, they will sell it to the next dummy that buys it with your phone number attached.  Doesn't matter if you know the person or not, you're going to get called because that's all they have.  They can't find the person they are after!!! ha, ha, ha.  Also, please don't give them any information, even if you know who they are looking for.  This encourages the harassment and reporting or writing about it on here will never stop it.  You can't talk to them at all.  Just let it ring or hang up on them, in 6 months when their contract ends...you will have a brief period of relief until they sell it (with your number attached) to the next sucker.  Remember, these are people that can't get other jobs and their specialty is mispronouncing words and being rude and bullying.  We all know, it takes a college degree in moron101 to qualify for a debt collection agent.  How do they stay in business???  ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.....  I wonder if Allied will have the courage to not Respond to this post.  We all know how pumped up you are and ready to show your aggression, never mind it's a bunch of malarky.  We've heard it all.  I hope I relieved some stress for some of you poor folks out there who are being harassed. AND if you are a debt collector like Allied, I surely hope I ticked you off.  ha. ha. ha  Nothing but the Truth from me here....the rational voice.  Your debt collecting practices are illegal.

I was getting numerous calls from them about a month ago.  When I did pick up, I always got dead silence.  I finally reported them to the FCC.  The calls have started up again.  I picked up today and after several seconds they asked for someone who I had never heard of.  I told them that they had the wrong #.  They asked if I knew this person.  I said no and that they had the wrong #.  Then they said, mam, I asked you if you knew this person.  That is when I hung up.

I need to know who this number is i am sick of being told the call is recorded then them asking for my husbands EX WIFE saying she used the # for a reference and contact # not only is it his ex wife but there is a no contact COURT order and this happens daily to mention its my work # being called

Tonight I heard the phone click like it was switching and the person solicited my membership in a homosexual swingers network.

I think they are using a computer to redial numbers and carpet bombing while trolling for  people to sign up for this sick product they want $29.00 a month membership fee.

I don't pick up any call where I don't recognize the number, so they're wasting their time.  All I know is I've counted five calls in recent history.  If they don't have to ID themselves and leave a message, then I don't have to answer!

I get texts everyday saying "This number has called you at 8:51" or something. Clearly, I cant call from my iPod!!!!!!

at&t uses these types of collectors,some aren't even authorized to do business in your state.
To my knowledge they have to identify themselves which they usually fabricate in one way or another.
Tell them nothing and report them to the FCC.

I was just notified at 6.04pm that this number called my mother and asked for me. The told her they were looking for me and it was something about "Federal" and that I gave them her information. They didnt know she was my mother and when she told the caller she said oh ok, Do you have her address, phone number and etc. Ridiculous!!! I feel this is a scam or fishing for information. Be Careful and Watch what you say unless they verify who they are on black and white! Thank you.

Robo calls 2-4 a day.  I have called the number back twice and they assure me they will remove me from their list.  It has done no good - I still get the same number of calls.
