Calling every 2 hours, then, since I have my number forwarded to my cell, I get message with nothing. I think I will answer next time and report back.

we should all call at&t randomly throughout the month for "provider satisfaction surveys" just make up pointed thoughtful questions.
Are you satisfied with my account?
When you are paid, is it satisfactory?
Was I polite when I called you?
Are there any ways we can better serve you?

Called 1-866-431-0969 as stated on my caller id. When I called they asked me to "enter you pin number that you wish". So I randomly started entering in 4 digit numbers. After three trys I got "thank you for calling" click. Hopefully they stop calling.

hopefully today I put a stop to these calls. I told them I was going to bill them for every time I have to pay for it going to my voicemail. I called at&t small business customer service and they said they're flagging my number so I dont get survey calls and they're also going to remove it from their sales list as well. we shall see.

I'm home caring for my son with the flu. This number has been ringing me all day. When I answer, there's dead air and clicks. It just hangs up. I called back and it states "You have reached the "ATT feedback survey, Small Business Service Feedback Survey...We are sorry, participation is limited to one survey every 6 months. Someone has already completed this survey..."
So they are calling my home on an automated system all day and they don't even need a survey from me. I called customer service and told them. She said she would pass the info on to her manager. But that's all she could do.

I got a call today (1-24-08). When I called them back the recording said participation was limited to every 4 months and that someone had already completed a feedback survey. Impossible -- I'm the only person who uses this phone. Don't we have enough things eating up our time without this uselessness?

I, too, have been getting calls from 866 431 0969 and haven't answered because I did not recognize the number. But now that I know who it is, I will request being removed from the AT&T survey also.

Ok, I answered... It is ATT satisfaction survey since they called about my past due bill on Christmas eve. It says to press 1 if you are the person they talked to. Then asked if you want to take the survey press another number but if don't want to, you can just hang up... so I did. They haven't called back.

I receive calls from AT&T's survey number 866-431-0969 every 20 to 30 minutes and have for several days. I have now resorted to muting the ring. Here's the message I received when I called the number: "Participation is limited to one response every four months, and someone has already completed a response." So I called the number noted by Jennifer (800 616 1171), which is AT&T in Texas. I'm in California, so AT&T Texas transferred me to California, after which I was was on hold for quite awhile and then abruptly disconnected when I stated, "unwanted calls". I plan to keep the mute on. Don't bother calling your local AT&T folks as they can't help you.......

I called the main AT&T number (800-616-1171) and asked to be removed from the survey calling list...they were happy to take care of that for me today. Just an FYI to anyone who no longer wishes to receive this call.
