Alliance One may use many different numbers to call you.  I have identified one 866 # as Alliance One Collection Agency, Pennsylvania.

Just got a call from them. Denied being a bill collector but I read the description of them off the internet, told them they were with accounts receivable, and that they had lied to me.  

Don't give any information--about past addresses, etc.  Just tell them that you request that you are not who they are looking for (offer no proof) and request that they remove your name from their calling list in line with FTC regulations.  When I did this, they quickly said goodby and hung up.
