It is now 2014 and nothing has changed.

i just got a call from them.  i called back b/c i'm always on credit score alert.  they were very nondescript when i called them back, very rude and unprofessional....in the end, she hung up on me for asking the name of the company she as calling on behalf....

I received three calls in an hour from this number.  I answered the first one and listened to the "creepy" recorded message.  I got the same Annette Smith and a long ridiculous reference number.  I have never bought anything from Beachbody or NoNo, so I have no idea what this is about.  I don't have credit cards and I don't owe anyone money.  My suggestion is to just ignore this and block the number if you can.

This is the second phone call I've received from this number. Both saying that I owed money.  The company that the "debt" is from says I don't owe anything when I contacted them. Scam. Case closed...I hope the calls stop.

This is ridiculous... she is calling me 5 times in 2 hours. What the F?!!!

"Annette Smith" called my direct office number and was accompanied by a scary voice that recited a very long reference number asking me to call back. No way am I calling back.

I've been getting the same weird calls every day. I never answer. F*** her.

Apparently, my MOTHER bought from NONO Radiance when she lived in my house and since the product didn't work returned it.  I don't know WHY they are calling and harassing my house!

The number calling me is:  866-441-4732, they call multiple times a day.

I have not bought from NONO by Radiancy or any television products.  I have an unlisted phone number so I do not know how this company got my phone number or why they are calling me multiple times daily.

I do not answer unknown numbers or return calls to unknown callers.  So other than the mild annoyance of having my phone ring, my voicemail picks up after a few rings and I screen ALL calls.

I  got a call from them as well and without leaving any info I will not call them back

Claiming that I owe them money.

It's a creepy voicemail from "Annette Smith" saying nothing about her company or reason for calling except that she is "trying to reach you." Then a *really* creepily-automed lady's voice gives a super-long reference number...who are these people?

This company also is connected to nono radiancy...hair remover thing (almost $300) that doesn't work as advertised. When it burned my face I returned it and I had to have my bank reverse the charges because they would not acknowledge the return or give me a refund. (I even have a post office receipt showing they received it). My bank refund me DID reverse all the charges. So I thought this nightmare with this rude company was over.

I DO NOT OWE THEM ONE PENNY!!!     My bank ruled this in MY favor. It should be over.

Then I started getting calls from the same Annette Smith everyone is talking about on here. Only she did leave a reference number on my message machine that DOES MATCH my bank claim that I won. AND her number is only two digits off from the NONO by Radiancy's billing department number.

They are still calling (I guess to just annoy me) and they usually only let it ring twice and then hang up. Every time they call, even with one ring, it shows up on my caller id call list so I know their number is 866-441-4732. I called them today and told them to take me off their calling list. They asked my name, which I gave them, then they asked my address which I did NOT give them and then I got mad and hung up. Then about an hour later, they called back again, this time with only one ring and then hung up.

Here is the number that NoNo by Radiancy sent me in an email (still have the email) that tells me to call their BILLING DEPARTMENT at: 1-866-441-4728 if I had any questions or problems or if I wanted to return the NoNo Hair removal unit. ...wouldn't you say that number is almost the same number as
866-441-4732 ? So, is this NONO by Radiancy's billing department AND sales department?

I think it IS this same company and I read online that they are really based out of  Israel, but I don't know if that is true or not.

The other poster that said above that this number (when you return the call) keeps you waiting on the line while they get your address,etc. may just be right. Then maybe they send you all kinds of OTHER company's advertisements for other stuff. Maybe they sell all kinds of items for other companies AND MAYBE they are ALSO a debt collection service at the same time! That would then make more sense to me...BUT I am not sure why they just call and hang up before you get to the phone?...

I am going to send a cease and desist letter via email to them.
If then, this calling continues, I will contact my bank and see what they suggest I should do, since they are harassing me AFTER I won the claim. They might know what to do with them.

In the meantime:
I have registered my land phone and my cell phone numbers with the www.donotcall.gov website. And after being registered for 31 days, I can then file a claim against this number and company.

Another IDEA:
I went to a women's self-protection class put on by my local police department once and they discussed what to do if you get an abusive or unwanted phone call. They said to have your radio right next to your phone and just have the VOLUME TURNED UP ALL THE WAY and when you get an unwanted caller, just blast the radio sound into the phone receiver.

The policeman said that if you do that enough times, the unwanted caller would stop calling.

I could just call them back and wait online and then let them enjoy my VERY LOUD RADIO. Sure they would probably hang up, but not until they have had an earful of my LOUD radio station! Maybe they would pass the message on to everyone there and they would stop calling and bothering me.

AND if I don't want them to know my number I am calling from when I play my radio for them, I could dial *67 first to block my number from being viewed by them and then dial their number and share my radio music with them.
It is:  *67 then the number you want to call and then they can't see who is calling them.
