this sound like one big con i ordered one bottle of PERLURE COLOGNE from PERLURE UK and was never sent my order and now they dont ansawer e mails so in looking for someone to contact i put the address which was  11701 east 53rd ave DENVER..and found this was one of the tel numbers for that address looks that the scam is bigger than we first thought......

received a package today with a bottle of Acaiburn capsules.I have no idea why when or who mailed it..did not order it and the number of the recipiant which is a NJ number 856-459-8144 is not a listed number .

I have checked my credit cards and there is no billing on both, so I guess since I didn't order it and it was sent anonymous, I'm going to keep the product !

I ordered the tea a year ago, it came, it tasted bad.  I called and the man I spoke with told me he would refund the entire purchase price.  I didn't give it another thought.  Today, my husband went to our credit union and found that they had been charging me a small amount each month ever since.  We have cancelled our card and are going to report this to BBB.

Unbelievable. I just happened to call to cancel this membership today and found out that the number is bogus.....they tell you to hit *star* and type "Y" in a text message to find out information on the number, but you have to agree to pay them $9.95. I almost lost my mind. However, I was successful at cancelling the other memberships for "Insider Secret Tips" (866-279-6513) and the "Comprehensive Weight Loss Member Line" (800-989-5907). As for the actually tea, live chat seems to be the only way to sucessfully cancel the auto ship; note I said Auto-Ship and not the tea membership. As soon as you agree to the terms and conditions, they put you on an auto-ship list that starts mass sending this tea out to you. In order to cancel membership, you have to not only cancel the trial, but also send the tea back virtually as soon as you get it and they supposedly refund your money. It really is crazy that they can get away with this. Now I have to look into this "Living Lean" and see if I can take care of that before the robbery starts. This is a great forum, but only if you read this BEFORE you agree. At this point, it's damn near too late.

I ordered this Tea after I saw it on the internet early November, i believed it was on Facebook. having read just what was writted on the Site i was impressed and this was an offer for 1 month supply and pay just for the postage which was $24.95

I trusted the site and ordered using my Visa..i received the Tea used most of it but there was no result. It was a very weak tea nothing like the Green tea..I felt like i have put on more weight.

then I received an invoice early December, I didnt pay any attention as i thought it was related to the Free offer,,oooops yesterday i received 3 more boxes and i was shocked. When i tried to ring the number there was no reply. When i rang my bank i noticed that they deducted £43.15 am sure thats double the $24.95. Then they took another £42.22. What the hell is wrong with them. Thats theft. I have emailed the company but no reply so far. I came across this site when i google their phone number 888-449-5567.I have also tried to do a search on their phone number using Http://www.reversephonedetective.com/search.php
But came up as unknown.
I have cancelled my Visa card and reported this as FRAUD with the FRAUD investigation Team here in UK.
These people should be reported. THIS IS A SCAM.
If they dont refund my money i will curse them and they wish they never been born.
I am a single DAD and as u all know money doesn't grow on trees.. and these Bxxx are theives. This tea is nothing ,,,its weak n u cant even get any tast from it.

I LOOKED AT THE ORIGINAL SCAM E-MAIL, AND THOUGHT, "YOU KNOW, THIS SOUNDS OK, IF THEY WILL ALLOW ME TO PAY WITH A MONEY ORDER, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I AM GIVING THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER, AT ALL, BECAUSE THAT IS JUST PURE STUPIDITY!

Hi just spent 1 1/2 hours on their live chat page, was told i could have my ebook membership cancelld ( i was not aware i had requested this - god knows how much that would cost), i received the tea Friday, tasted awful, went online yesterday and to my heart's dispair read the reviews about this massive scam. live chat was not very helpful, 14 day trail finishes tonight, received the tea 3 says ago, so in 3 days i had to ascertain whether or not it would or could work for me, if not i have to return the tea, before tomorrow in order to get a refund for $59.95,,,i live in ireland, and am not prepared to fedex at a charge of $21.00 to be told that i am outside the 14 day trial period.... spoke to a supervisor who told me to return the tea, and they would refund the 59.95 but they only do refunds every 2 weeks!!!! what a disaster, i asked what they do with the returned teabags,, and was that the reason for the awful taste?, maybe other's have stored them near chemicals, near animals or god forbid near unhygienic conditions... it dosen't bear thinking about..!!! i need a cup of tea- Tetley - the real mccoy!!

Wish I would have seen this sight before I gave up an ALL ACCESS PASS TO MY FUNDS!!!  This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!!!!  It doesnt work, it taste like hot tea and doesnt give you energy at all.  I too have canceled my credit card and this so called "company" has ruined me from ever ordering online again.

be thankful.  I never even ordered this damn tea and I am being charged for it on my credit card.  I never ordered, never received and do not want the damn stuff.  So far I have had 3 transactions charged to my account $1.95, $4.95 and today $59.95.

I have spoken to their live operator twice and been told they cannot find an order under my name, address or phone number.. but they sure did find my credit card which I might add is less than 2 months old.  

I have emailed 3 times and never had a single response.

I am going to be left with no option but to cancel my card and get a new one issued.  I am a single parent who cannot get federal aid of any kind and to lose this amount of money out of my monthly budget has me in tears.

I sent back the tea i recived, and they told me it would take 3 weeks before I get any money back. It didn't take them that long to take it Ithink i've learned my lesson about buying thing's on line. It did work but I can't afford  $59.95 a box. They told me to have it tracked it cost me enough to send it without a tracking #. I guess the old saying a sucker born every minute is right.

Livin Life Lean.com which is part of the company scam.  Tried calling
several times to cancel & no response phone just rings, & rings!!!

I haven't ordered from them but I was just listening to their ad guy and decided to google the product, finding all these complaints about the company.  Have any of you contacted Better Business Bureau or an Attorney General's office or even an attorney to file official complaints against them and possibly initiate a class action lawsuit?? - Just wondering

Well here I am another person that has extra money taken out of my bank account. I ordered the tea on 8/4/08 just to pay shipping and handling for 2.95. I then look back at my checking account and they took out 2.00 more dollars. Then today Sunday 8/10/08 they had taken out more money and now I'm overdrawn in my accont. I called the chat line and they took forever looking for my account. While I was on the chat line I was talking to my bank on the phone telling them what they had done. So I cancelled my bank card and now my bank is going after them. But in the mean time the person I was talking to on the chat line said they would refund my money. So now I don't know what is going to happen. I just know because of my bank I will get my money back. Stay away from the Asian man talking to you!!!! This is nothing but a scam to see how much money they can get out of you!!!

i returned balance of product overnight for $23.my account was charged the same day for $54. i have spent countless time on the phone even providing the ups tracking number - which they say they can not track. this is wrong. REFUND MY ACCOUNT!! DO NOT SEND ANY MORE PRODUCT AND STAY AWAY FROM BY BANK ACCOUNT!! I also got the trial tea shipment used it nothing.  Just got the 3 month shipment.  I tried to cancel before sent e-mail to the address they told me to use when I called it failed to go through.  I used the live chat to get
the tea cancelled.  The number for living lean is 866-396-5711 they will
try to talk you into keeping your subscription saying you have already paid
for another month don't you want to finish out the month.  Just say no because
they are betting that you will forget to call to cancel next month before you
are billed.  Hope this helps.
PS I still will be billed for 2 more installments on my card but I figured it
was easier that fighting with them

They told me to call back in an hour because their system was being updated. If I done so at that time then they could assist me. I notice in addition to the Wu Yi tea there is a Living Lean company on my statements with the number 866-396-5711 I called and I believe the two are linked. They told me they were an educational program. I hadn't approved of any company with this name to use my account.

This number is coming in constantly, and when you pick up, there is no answer, no dial tone, no nothing.. It makes you wonder what is going on.. ?..? I am going to our telephone service provider to see what I can do about this number.
