happening to me too.  i get at least one call a day every day of the week.  they're a collection agency, but I don't owe any money to anyone...  I did just get a new cell phone though... Hmmm...

they keep calling our work cell phones, we are power linemen and have no use for this type of activity. when is the federal gov going to get involved and stop them from harassing people?

This number calls every now and then from cabinet mgmt. i do not have an answering machine just caller id and i never pic up, when i dont know whos calling. so cabinet mgmt if you ever read this just remember i dont answer my phone.

I receive calls from this number and they do leave a message for someone . I tried to call back  to tell them that I have had this number for over a year ,they do not answer.I  have this number on the goverment registry,and should not be receiving calls like this.

I never awnser to this number should I?

It's been happening to me for weeks, all hours of the day, multiple calls, no one there. So I filed a complaint with the Do-Not-Call-Registry.

THEY CALLED LOOKING FOR MONEY I TOLD THEM I DONT WORK FOR AIG GO BOTHER SOMEONE WHO DOES

THEY CALLED IT WAS A LADY ASK HER IF SHE WANTED TO HAVE PHONE SEX SHE HUNG UP
NEVER HEARED FROM THEM AGAIN

This phone number 866-454-0588 calls me day in and day out, they call up to 9 at night sometimes but no one is ever there when I answer

I also keep getting this same phone number that calls me all the time....  I do not pick up the phone if I do not recognize the number...    But my caller ID  says this....  Cabinet mgmt 866 454 0588.....  They call at least once a day.  They call at all hours of the day and night and many days it is more then once a day....... Plus they call all days of the week.   There is never a messege left.

Recieved a call, I answered with "hello" and then dead air and disconnect.

I get this call on my cell phone every day it is very annoying!!
I am even on the Do Not Call List!!

They start calling me about 8am and they call all day long. Sometimes they don't stop calling until after 9pm when my kids are already in bed. It gets quite annoying

It has called my work everyday for the last three days at least 4 times in a row. I got a few calls from the same number on my cell too! I have answered several times and there is no one there. I have just stopped calling them. Who is Capital management. Is this a survey company. I dont have business with them.

it might be from facebook guys? Most my friends with facebook account who registered their phone numbers are getting calls from this number.

Guys same problem, can i block this number by any chance from my service?

The number keeps calling me almost every day. I don't answer the phone unless i know who it is, if they leave a message i will call them back. but they never leave a message. just today they call 4 times right in a row with out leaving a message. kinda weird...

I keep getting a call from this number day on and day off. I never know who it is because they never leave messages. I keep putting it on my block list and whoever this might be keeps "finding" a way to call me. It almost makes me want to pull out my hair. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND NOW!

The people called me and leave weird crinkly sounded music. Someone was singing something about I love you and it is freaking out my family. I don't like it myself ; but I don't answer. I think something needs to be done about it though because that is just nuts. No one should be doing that.

I just got a call and they asked for me just by my first name. When I said it was me they hung up right away... prank callers????

I just got a call today from this number. After I said "hello" the woman on the other end just said "I killed him" and hung up. I didn't get the chance to tell her what I thought of her! I see there are several sites reporting this number. Something needs to be done about it!

In my case that have the wrong number and have been calling and leaving messages on and off for months.

They are a low end collection agency that buys retired(no longer legally binding) debt and convinces people they still must pay it. They are referred to as a bottom feeder collection agency if that gives you the idea.

Even if they have your name and address you may not be legally liable for the debt they say you owe. Google them and learn more about them and don't let them bully you!

This is a collection agency that does work for banks and such. They're a real pesky outfit.

I didn't get a chance to answer earlier however I did call back from a land-line and found it to be Capital Management.  After a google search, I've assessed that they appear to be (although many CM firms exist) a company which deals with portfolios, stocks, and equity.  I imagine it was most likely a cold sales call.
